I was hoping for cod or haddock. I ordered the blue gill for my choice of fish. The order came out in a reasonable amount of time. The dinner included fries, coleslaw, and rye bread. The fish was cooked perfectly. It was tender and had good flavor. The fries and coleslaw were average. The reason for 3 stars is due to the limited choice of fish. We had the cheese curds for the appetizer and my husband had the pork tenderloin and I had the crusted chicken. All of our food was absolutely delicious- served hot, and perfectly seasoned. My husband commented that it tasted like a chef was in the kitchen. Think metropolitan, high-end restaurant quality food! Prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality. The ambience is charming yet fresh and modern. Very clean. I would suggest to dress resort casual or nicer for an evening meal. The service was attentive and welcoming. There is room for a large group. Outside seating is available, but I wouldn't recommend because it is near a busy traffic light which would detract from the experience. Don't hesitate to try the Courthouse Pub for a delicious, memorable meal.
