Rye charcuterie was very large and had over 10 cheeses and several meats. The meal Started with an amous bouche of beef wellington. Delicious taste Risotto was the next and it was perfect. The rice was cooked al dente and the truffle was dominant. Loved it. Salad was intermittent course and was dressed beautifully with a nice balsamic vinaigrette Entree was sous vide finished grilled pork tenderloin.
