I did not end up using this pet groomer for a couple of reasons: first, it was due to their…read moreinsistence on keeping a payment method on file. I find that unethical. No business should demand that of their customers. Second, when I initially started to fill out their intake paperwork through the link they sent me, I got to a spot that said "continue as......" and it had someone else"s name and personal information. I was able to select that name and continue as if I were using their account. That is very concerning as far as privacy goes, especially considering they expect people to trust them with keeping payment methods on file.

Hair standing up and uneven stragglers of hair hanging that will drag through anything she eats or drinks. What happened??? Bob is on the way back now to have the ears trimmed. This has never happened and if I could have spoken to someone instead of having to leave a voicemail, I probably wouldn't be leaving this review.

I cannot rave enough about Crystal Gentle Grooming! Our Morkie is VERY particular. He hates the…read moreblow dryer, hates having his nails cut, and overall is just not a fan of being groomed, unfortunately for him, he needs it about every 6 weeks. We just moved to San Antonio, and the first groomer we tried left our little furbaby pretty traumatized, so I was honestly nervous about trying somewhere new. Crystal was AMAZING with him. The biggest compliment I can possibly give is that our dog did not want to leave! That has NEVER happened after a grooming appointment. Seeing him so comfortable and happy there meant more to us than I can explain. And he came out looking like a proper little gentleman! His haircut looks fantastic, and these are genuinely the shortest his nails have ever been. I don't know how she worked her magic, but she absolutely did. Finding someone who can make a dog who normally hates grooming actually feel safe and comfortable is priceless. Before we even left, we had already booked his next appointment. Crystal Gentle Grooming officially has our Morkie's approval, which is probably the hardest approval to earn. We are SO happy we found her!

We tried other pet places, he was reactive. We gave one more shot and chose Beast To Beauty. Call it professional energy or perfect fit, because our dog cooperated very well. They took him in like he was one of theirs. Treated my senior boy with dignity. He went from a hairy beast to absolute stunner I HIGH RECOMMEND this mobile grooming company! We were more than happy to pay whatever they asked for because they did what NO ONE else could. Thank you again! Bless your company!

Being new to the state of Texas, finding a groomer for our pup is always a hard task bc hand stripping is so unique and not everyone does it or knows how! Ms Karen without a doubt is an expert in this field!!! Ms Karen has a huge heart, throughly explained what was going on with the coat, (since our prior groomer we found did not know what she was doing and luckily did not ruin his coat), and welcomed us and made my pup feel comfortable and loved! The salon is very clean. The receptionist was very polite. Hands down Ms Karen is the best and we will never go to anyone else!!! Thank you to the other Border Terrier family who posted your pup so we knew bf we arrived we would be in good hands.

And I'm sure y'all have seen the reviews on most other grooming pages. Anyhow, my husband and I agreed to set up an appointment for one of our newer rescues as she just hates having her nails done. Lots of wiggling and whining. Don't let the photo fool you, Chili loved them. They were all so kind and soft-spoken. Definitely the kind of people you want working with your pups. Chili was so confident prancing out of there. Haha. The place is cute, the service is great, they seem to have a very loyal client base, and the dogs love it. We will definitely bring back more of our sensitive pups and will be looking into grooming and bathing for peak shed season. Thanks for calming my nerves and hers! Oh, also, definitely try out their snacks! Such unique options for little stinky snacks dogs love.
