Stopped in to stretch and get some refreshments on our way back to Waco from Marfa. Was delighted by the menu. Protein Smoothies, custom energy drinks and drinks with interesting names. I ordered a Breve Lavender Latte and, even though I never order two drinks at once, I had to add on a Tom Cruise (energy boosted raspberry lemonade, without the Red Bull) because I was so amused by the name. The Lavender latte was delicious and made perfectly. I only wish they didn't cover the latte art with a lid! It is nestled at the top of the old downtown district that had a quaint, sleepy, nostalgic feel. Honeybee was perfect. It was clean, well decorated, and the service was amazing. I wanted a latte with oat milk and my friend had the red eye coffee. Everything was perfectly prepared and exactly how we ordered it. We also had a sausage quiche. It was warmed to perfection, hearty, and flavorful. 10/10 would recommend! We were in a huge U-Haul and just parked down the street a little, by City Hall. There's no excuse for you not to go. The ladies working there were very kind and patient. If they worked on perfecting their drinks and food items, it could be so much better.
