    Fried rice

We usually get the honeycomb porkbelly and fried rice at the end. Honey pig is the OG KBBQ place. This is where it all started. Open late night. Great service! Casual ambiance. So many memories!

Delicious food and a wide variety of items to choose from for sides and meat. Great option for late night food.

Went super late night. 3am They close at 5am, which is nice to have a kbbq place open this late. Service was nice, efficient, fast at first. Food was good quality, quick, & tasted soooo good. Only 2 bad things: 1. If we ordered $55 in pork belly, & other meats how does it NOT come with banchan? I know the AYCE you get everything but when we opted to eat A la carte as it's very late & don't want to overstuff ourselves we were just shocked it didn't COME with banchan. Never seen that before. So yes, we got charged for each side dish lol 2. If you're a business that says you're open til 5- why turn off the lights & hint for us to leave at 4am? We're in the industry & wouldn't want to make you stay any later- we tip well & are very nice I don't see why someone would do that. Also we got a la carte! It's much faster than all 6 of us ordering AYCE! Crazy! Anyway- I'd go back for a late night option just won't expect to be treated with respect. Their pork belly would let me forget about it though lol

This place was amazing!!!! We originally went to another place nearby and said it was going to be a 3 hr wait. So we walked around and saw this place. And thank God we did! This place was amazing in so many ways. All the staff were so amazing, friendly, and attentive. It wasn't super busy and I am so surprised because the food was amazing. I believe this place does both ayce and a regular menu, but we did ayce. We chose the cheaper section a because it already had everything we wanted. All the food tasted great and portion was great. It was a nice well lit and simple place which gave a family style atmosphere. The bill was less than $60!!! That was cheap for us. Would definitely recommend this place and would go here again. And I love the type of grill they use. It doesn't burn your meats because of the direct fire like other places have which means there is no reason to interrupt your meal because there is no grill change.

From the initial greeting to the final, "Is there anything else you need?", our family of 7 was treated with patience and kindness. Our first time here, the staff answered every question and gave us extra swag to boot. Was a fun experience for the whole family!

    Yummy

Not sure why this place has negative reviews, the food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. Price is fair, and there was no long line even on a Friday evening. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas! Kudos to Chase and Captain Becky for the great service.

I'm keeping this review at 4 stars because we come here often for the amazing fried rice, signature pork belly and dedicated customer service. I just think they fell very flat on Thanksgiving. My family came here instead of cooking and they frequently forgot items, gave us the wrong things, wouldn't bring us water, wouldn't bring us napkins, and took forever answering the call button. Given the number of times I've come here, I have chosen to forgive them but it almost ruined our holiday.

Exterior of my favorite Korean BBQ. You Can't guess where. Hint: background!

Even the vegetables had that strong sour punch, which I really liked with the steaming hot soup. I'm not big on a table full of side dishes, so I actually appreciated that they kept it simple. Not too many extras, just the essentials. The soup itself wasn't overly salty, which I liked. You can season it to your preference since they provide extra salt on the side. The gomtang stood out -- the beef was very tender, soft, and clearly simmered well. And honestly, the slightly indifferent service made it feel authentic. Not overly polite or trying too hard -- just straightforward and focused on the food. If you enjoy sour notes and comforting Korean soups, this place does it well.

TBH, we…read morewalked out the first time because it didn't look open, a bit sloppy and not really our "type" of place, but based on other food reviews decided to just give it a try. The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! (Would have taken photos but it would have hard to judge based on photos alone. This is a place you have to go to just to taste it, not look at it).

Step inside, though, and suddenly you are transported somewhere that feels straight out of the Euljiro district in downtown Seoul. The welcome sets the tone. The mostly non-Korean staff greet you by shouting something in Korean. I had to ask my Chinese server what it meant. He laughed and said, "Hobak imnida" which translates to "We are Hobak." Kind of silly, but honestly part of the charm. What we did not realize is that Hobak is celebrating its tenth year in business. In Las Vegas, that is no small feat. Restaurants here disappear faster than a weekend bankroll, so a decade says a lot. Also worth noting, Hobak is not AYCE. They offer set menus and à la carte options. We went with the set menu for two, and it was more than enough food. That said, if you are strictly a meat-only person, this might not be your ideal spot. The seafood pancake and kimchi stew deserve just as much attention as the meat! The real surprise though: while it is not AYCE, they quietly rolled out AYCD all you can drink for $14 back in November. Yes, you read that right. So plan accordingly. Bring a DD or call a Lyft because things can escalate quickly. We ended up with two bottles of soju and two large Cass beers, which would have easily been double the AYCD price. Sodas are also included. One of the better deals you will find in this city. Service was excellent across the board. Tyler, who is half Japanese and half White, handled the brisket and short ribs like a pro. Our tattooed Chinese server, who looked intimidating at first glance, turned out to be incredibly friendly and grilled the pork jowl perfectly. Everyone else kept the banchan coming with a smile. By the time we finished, we had to walk laps around the shopping center just to recover. We left full, slightly buzzed, and, fittingly, feeling like a couple of very giant hobaks.
