The office staff has more than once overcharged me and then it is very hard to get them to refund the money in a timely way. Once could be a mistake but more than once this has happened and I suspect it is deliberate. They tell me I have to pay the exact amount my insurance company pays when my part of the bill should be less. It appears as though they think I won't look closely at my insurance statements afterwards and won't catch the mistake. It's very suspicious.

Over the 10 days and 3 general dentists visits it took before I finally came to Dr Falke I'm not sure how many times I shattered dishes against the wall and chased my wonderful boyfriend who was just trying to help out of room. After trying to get in with more than a few oral surgeons that were at least 2 weeks out I got Dr Falke's office and the very nice receptionist said she could fit me in the next day (never could have imagined I'd jump for joy to get a dentist appointment.) After a traumatizing experience having a wisdom tooth pulled I was terrified to have another big molar extracted. But Dr Falke and his staff were so kind and patient with me it really helped take the edge off. Dr Falke has the BEST bedside manner...like the perfect balance of warm and casual, and confident and very skilled. I was surprised how quick he got that big tooth out. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Dr Falke that same day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. If you're in need of an oral surgeon I would definitely recommend you try Dr Falke's office, especially if you're "dental phobic" like me.

My son is recovering quite nicely and everything went smooth that's the way medical and dental care should be done to care for the patient not a money grab to buy that 2nd or 3rd home or investment property. Lol. Well if you want friendly staff in the back part of the office like the dentist and there assistant then go here you might have to pay a lot higher then other places. They got me right in and did a full set of x-rays. Dr. Dryden consulted with me and answered all my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant demeanor. I usually have a lot of anxiety when I go in for a dental procedure, but after speaking with him, I felt quite confident that I was in good hands He scheduled an appointment for me the next morning and extracted the broken tooth. When he injected me with a local anesthetic to numb the area, it didn't hurt. It was the first time I've ever had a pleasant experience at the dentist. I don't have insurance so I had to pay for it myself. The cost was about half of what I expected it would be. Dr. Dryden and his staff are all very professional and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend them!

After having TMJ surgery and her wisdom teeth removed in 2018, the next step in her journey is to have braces. After a consultation in early 2021, we decided to move forward with Courtesy Dental and utilized their payment plan. All seemed to go well until my daughter moved for college. We were told she would have access to Courtesy Dental in southern Nevada for continuing adjustments and such. We were thrilled to have a state-wide service to help her condiditon. Shortly after she moved to southern Nevada, the payment plan stopped. We inquired to find out that Courtesy Dental in Carson City no longer does orthodontics. They recommended her to get setup with a Courtesy Dental in Las Vegas (which were at their patient max). No luck! So now what do we do? We called Courtesy Dental over and over to find that the location in Carson had been sold to a dentist that did not perform orthodontics. But that's okay, right, because Courtesy Dental has other location? No again. After calling the Sparks location, we were told that we would have to pay $3100 to continue services. Why? Because that was the remaining on the account. Now I've been in the world of finance for 20+ years. I pay my bills. Courtesy Dental stopped taking the payment. I didn't stop paying the bill. In fact, I called to have them continue to take payments to find that my daughter is no longer a patient. Now the issue becomes how to we get her braces removed so we can find another solution? Well... COURTESY DENTAL WILL NOT REMOVE THEM. Nor will any other orthodontist. After this review, I am writing to the Dental Board of Examiners in Nevada. This is the WORST service. I would have payed to have this completed, as agreed to. But to drop my daughter as a patient without communication and no alternative solution? This is garbage. Do not use Courtesy Dental - EVER!
