I am a bipap user and have been for several years and travelled here from Ky. When I sat up my machine to sleep for the night I re I had mistakenly left my hose and mask at home, I called to see if I could purchase from them and talked with Myka. She was very very helpful and got it worked out where I could purchase the items I needed and got me taken care of. Over priced on replacement parts. Don't approve of billing practices. The phone notifications people are overly aggressive on pushing sales of replacement parts, they will pester you to death with calling, texting, calling your job etc. One time they sold me an overage of what I didn't need and not hardly what I needed. read more

I was suppose to get my CPAP machine some place else, but because of that recall it was taking forever. My Doctor then sent me to Hometown & it took them maybe two weeks to get my machine & to get trained. Gary called me to see how I was doing. I was so very satisfied! read more

If your doctor wants to order you a CPAP from this place, DEMAND another provider! My CPAP was supposed to take 2-weeks to arrive, when in reality it took 2-months. When I finally got an appointment to pick it up and get trained on using it, I drove 45 miles to the Hometown Respiratory office, only to find that my appointment never got on their schedule. The owner, Gary, acted like it happened a lot and was no big deal! I gave up an entire morning of work, wasted gas and time, all for nothing.... And, he thought it was no big deal. I was expected just to come back in a couple of days. The incompetence of the staff is evident when they tell me to be there at 10:00 am, and then when I arrive one person tells me my appointment is actually 11:00 am... Then, another person tells me some else is booked in at 11:00 am! This is no way to run a business. I called my Sleep Center doctor and they are sending my prescription elsewhere. The folks at this office seem to have it together. I've dealt with both Smyrna and Knoxville and it seems like it always requires at least three attempts to get anything either clerical or billing related fixed. They just opened the Murfreesboro location recently and my experience with them has been much better. They were able to fix all of the issues that I had with the other branches and finally got my account straightened out. From now on, I am ordering all of my CPAP supplies directly from this location! read more
