They are very communicative and help you find other options if something isn't in stock. I asked for home delivery and assembly both times and I swear they were the nicest people I've ever met, had everything put together in about an hour. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend has been a ModerNash customer for a bit now but I was still reserved when we popped into the showroom right after my recent move to a new space. In the past, I have always opted for large scale pieces of furniture but with the layout of the new loft, this approach was neither practical or cohesive. So. I have finally decided to check out the IKEA approach but with convenience thanks to ModerNash. That's right... no voyage to Hot-lanta to shop or pay costly shipping charges. Nope, none of that nonsense. All I have to do is choose what I want straight from the IKEA catalog and if I have any questions or need input, the staff here is happy to indulge me with their expertise and design skills. The showroom here is helpful as it features a nice edited version of lighting, storage, furniture, accessories, appliances, and more! The mister surprised me by purchasing a couple of fantastic overhead lights for my space ($39 each) and even though it was weeks later before I was able to schedule an electrician in who noticed that one of the lights was slightly damaged, ModerNash still swapped out the light for me. No. Problem. My understanding is that that they trek down to IKEA on Wednesdays so you must place your order by Saturday evening to ensure that your order make the cut-off for that week. You then are able to pick up your goods on Friday. The owner was super helpful and friendly along with any of the staff that we have come across. I am definitely going to purchase a large organizer and more items from them in the near future! TIP: They also offer delivery, installation, and assembly services too.

I wish I didn't have to write this review: we had a great experience with the company a couple…read moreyears ago (so great that I served as a reference for them!), so when we needed help with a substantial primary bathroom renovation, they were our first call. Unfortunately, our experience this time around was terrible -- I cannot in good faith recommend them anymore. Giving two stars (rather than one) because the work quality was very good. Subs did a great job, were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. In the end, we didn't go over budget. But we paid a lot of money and experienced a lot of unnecessary delay and drama. In short, our project was a victim of poor communication and lack of ownership taking responsibility. We went through four project managers: the first went MIA on us, delaying the demo start by 6 weeks; the second hadn't read any of the project briefing and let us to believe none of our materials had been ordered; the third was too busy with other projects to make ours a priority; and the fourth was brand new, didn't really know what he was doing, and wasn't getting the oversight he needed from leadership. To the company's credit, they didn't end up charging us for project management--as we'd been doing a big portion of it ourselves. Ultimately, a project that should've taken 8-10 weeks took 16 weeks (and that's after the 6-week-delayed start). The thing that was most frustrating was that while Dan was fairly responsive to our outreach when things were regularly going wrong, he was also regularly pretty dismissive of our concerns and didn't take responsibility for all of the mistakes and screw-ups that were the result of his team's failings--failing to read the brief; failing to install underfloor heating and electrical that was in the brief, resulting in ripping up tile that had just been laid; failing to inspect goods on arrival so that they could be replaced when broken without delaying the project; failing to tell us about budget implications of design choices, etc. Dan will say I was mad when things went wrong, and that some of those things were out of their control. Yes, I was mad. But mostly I was disappointed that I trusted this company, and they took advantage of that trust.

Dan was fabulous! Was he the lowest bid? No. But the expertise and guidance that he provided me…read moreafter my whole home renovation was abandoned by another contractor was invaluable. My project manager, Jake, was a joy to work with. He was always responsive.

Nashville, you have a GEM of a designer in your town now!!…read more We used Sebring for several projects, from kitchen to bedroom to master bathroom, and all of them went extremely smooth. From the initial visit/consultation, to the design stage, to actually having the builders in our house to do the work, it was perfectly planned. Having two young children in the house was something to work around as well, and they did it with a smile. Our girls came to really enjoy seeing the workers arrive in the morning! Sebring came with a step by step plan of how the process would be, and stuck to it. No hidden visits or costs along the way like some other companies have done. Everything was up front, honest, and nicely within our budget. Sebring wasn't the cheapest, but wasn't the most expensive either. We felt like we got very high quality service and results, without the crazy high price tag. Do yourself a favor, and check them out. I KNOW you'll be happy you did!

We were given a design specialist who made recommendations for materials and colors. The project manager, Phil, was very professional and knowledgeable. We especially liked that they took care of all the details from start to finish - including painting. They left the work area neat and clean at the end of each day. This was actually our second project with Sebring. They finished our basement 2017 which also exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them for your next remodeling project!
