They engage in numerous illegal tactics to attempt to force out tenants who know their rights. Some of the illegal tactics they use include: - sending false 14 day notices - misapplying rent payments to the wrong property - illegally entering units - ignoring reasonable accommodations - attempting to revoke already approved reasonable accommodations - harassment and retaliation - weaponizing neighbors against whistleblowers - issuing late fees for their own mistakes - changing the lease handbook to protect the company and prevent whistleblowers from making further complaints even when those changes contradict the lease and break the law - causing extreme noise and chaos near whistleblowers apartments - blocking rental assistance by refusing to provide necessary documents in a timely manner BEWARE. In spite of the fact that I spent time to vacuum out the windowsills and wipe them down and my wife and I took down the blinds they told us to clean and cleaned them, they still charged us for cleaning the blinds. The biggest problem I had was that they charged us for cleaning our oven when it was never mentioned in the pre-inspection had it been mentioned we would have cleaned it better, and we were forced to use a professional carpet cleaner. They would not take the money that, was ours and pay the cleaner we had asked. No they said they would only take it out of our deposit if we used the cleaner they use. I'm not sure that is even legal. When we moved in I actually had to rent a steam cleaner to clean because I could see the dirt on the carpet.

When I finally decided to take the listing down, I got a very generic response from her letting me know she would send a document to end the contract and asking where to leave the lockbox key.
