They engage in numerous illegal tactics to attempt to force out tenants who know their rights. Some of the illegal tactics they use include: - sending false 14 day notices - misapplying rent payments to the wrong property - illegally entering units - ignoring reasonable accommodations - attempting to revoke already approved reasonable accommodations - harassment and retaliation - weaponizing neighbors against whistleblowers - issuing late fees for their own mistakes - changing the lease handbook to protect the company and prevent whistleblowers from making further complaints even when those changes contradict the lease and break the law - causing extreme noise and chaos near whistleblowers apartments - blocking rental assistance by refusing to provide necessary documents in a timely manner BEWARE. Their properties are extremely mismanaged. I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life. Stay far away. I'd give zero stars if I could.

We asked for info on why and he gave a lecture to our mother about years past history that had absolutely nothing to do with this rental. On top of that he straight up lied saying that multiple people were unemployed (which is false and the employed persons even provided offer letters and pay rates). Now he is trashing our Google reviews with lies about rental references (which he was unable to contact and blames us about), savings (which he says we didn't have even though we clearly provided photo evidence, he just didn't like), and lies about our credit (which was made PERFECTLY clear from the beginning in both text and in person).
