Was told someone would be seeing him everyday but did not see anyone after the initial consultation. Was told Champlain would visit and not just talk about religion but said they would not visit once I told them he was not religious. Also gave date when Medicare was ending payment but Amber Hospice told the rehab facility to cut my dad off a week early costing our family thousands in private pay expense. After cancelling their service after a week all I got was a sorry apology. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a hospice company to avoid Amber Hospice/Homecare.
