The staff is very welcoming. Pricing is affordable. They won't sell you things you don't need. I've seen them go above and beyond for their customers. They had some hiccups a couple years back but they have worked out the kinks. would recommend everyone go for their repair needs.

I called back later in the day to find out if my car was ready so that I could pick it up during my lunch break, and I was informed that they were unable to repair the tire. I asked why and what the damage was so that I could know how to move forward and I was told I "I don't know" I then responded to the woman on the phone respectfully, I trusted you guys to look at my car. Can you please find out what is wrong with it so that I am aware rather than just being told it's not repairable I need to know what's wrong with my tire. She had a very audible attitude stepped away from the phone. She came back to the phone to explain what the detail was, but all I heard was sidewall everything that she said prior to that did not pick up so I told her all I heard was sidewall and if she could repeat what she had said, the woman told me there was a nail in my and that it could not be repaired and she hung up the phone. I called back because I was unable to express that I was on my way to get the car and to please have the keys in it because I know they're closed from 12 to and I expressed that it was rude that I was hung up on. I was trying to say to please have my key in the car. She hung up the phone again without saying a single word. So I called back and I demanded the number of the manager. The response I got was "on the fucking owner bitch" and she hung. Upon me getting back to the location to pick my car up. I went inside the building to ask for my money back as I paid for this in advance for four oil changes. Remind you this was only the first one. The lady sat there, scream, screaming, and yell yelling at me with another customer in the office. She called me every name under the sun. She told me the reason why she got such an attitude is because I "didn't listen" she threw the $30 at me over-the-counter continued to scream and cussed at me as I proceeded to leave the building. I was in the parking lot crying to my friend who came with me because I was so upset. The woman came out of the shop and outside in the parking lot, threatening to whoop my ass that I was gonna get dragged as I was walking to my car. I would not recommend this place at all. The woman is very unprofessional. She is very rude. I literally did nothing wrong, but ask what was wrong with my tire and I got dealt with straight vulgarity for no reason.

Googled nearby garages, they talked me off the ledge, gave me directions, and had one of my best car repair experiences ever! (Can you have a good car repair experience?) Seriously, they were the nicest, most helpful, caring and lovely husband and wife team I ever met! And a solid guy working with them. Got the right parts, fixed the power steering hose and I was on my way home. Thank you so much, Tina

Where do I begin. Affordable Auto pros is by far the absolute biggest mistake of a shop I have…read morepersonally been to. What makes Affordable Auto Pros so horrible compared to other horrible shops is that the horrible work that they perform is only the base of what this shop stands for. This shop likes to lie and dodge accountability for the "work" that they screw up. I took my vehicle in to get the fuel tank dropped and the sending unit replaced. They had taken my fuel tank selector valve apart and replaced the fuel lines. First off they used hard nylon lines and couldn't even cut them to length so they were bending out of shape. This cause the selector valve to miss align. They put the bolts for that valve in my ash tray and zip tied the valve to my frame. They used push connects to fit the lines and I couldn't even make it home without all of my fuel leaving my tank. Talk about a jank job. Additionally when all my fuel dumped out on my way home from Affordable Auto Pros, it damaged my lift pump and had to get a new lift pump and prime the entire fuel system. I brought my truck to another shop and they invited me to the back multiple times to see them work and take pictures. They had to torch the bolts off to get to the tank because they hadn't moved in so long. We go to the sending unit they "took out", and it looked as it hadn't been out since 1990 when the truck was new. Before I brought my truck to the new shop, I had called Affordable Auto Pros twice, and left 2 messages. No response back. I called them a third time after the new shop had fixed my truck wanting to resolve the issue. They didn't care. So I filed claims against the company and it will be a looong process to get my money back. If you ever have the chance to talk to Tony James, make sure you communicate very slowly, because he needs the assistance in understanding basic concepts like putting parts back how they should be. The most frustrating part is that this is not my first time at this shop. I was pleased with this shop previously on multiple occasions. But I need repeatability when I'm spending thousands of dollars. And this shop cannot repeat quality work. All in all I payed $1400 for the shop to horrible work, $800 for a new shop to replace fuel pump that broke and system prime, $1300 more dollars to have the new shop do the work Affordable Auto should have done. Think twice before you let dishonest people touch your car. If Affordable Auto Pros had just reached out and said "Hey this is too much to handle we can't do it", I would have been perfectly ok with that. I'm sure there will be a response from the shop saying "Oohhh that ls not how it went", "That's not true at all". But consider the fact that I wouldn't be spending all this time on a review to make this up.

I brought my vehicle into J&M Auto Repair for something routine: **a radiator flush**. This is basic maintenance that any competent auto shop should be able to handle with no issue. However, from the moment I picked up my vehicle, something didn't feel right. What unfolded next proved to be a catastrophic chain of negligence, irresponsibility, and outright refusal to take accountability. ### They contaminated my cooling system with sealant--completely compromising the engine. Instead of properly flushing the radiator, **J&M Auto Repair somehow introduced sealant into the cooling system**, which is *not* part of a standard radiator flush. I never asked for any stop-leak or sealant products, and certainly didn't authorize it. This unknown, unapproved chemical mixture ended up circulating through the engine and eventually **clogged the cooling passages**, causing the car to **overheat severely while I was driving on the highway**. By the time I was able to pull over, the damage was already done. The engine was destroyed--**completely cooked** from overheating caused by the **blocked coolant flow**. ### Their response? Silence. No help. No ownership. Just ghosting. I immediately reached out to J&M Auto Repair to let them know what happened. I called multiple times. I left messages. I even stopped by in person. **They have completely ignored me and refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused.** There was **no apology**, no effort to investigate the issue, no offer to inspect or repair the damage, and certainly no reimbursement or accountability for destroying my vehicle. ### This isn't just poor service--this is negligence. There is absolutely **no excuse** for contaminating a vehicle's cooling system during a standard radiator flush. Any trained mechanic knows how critical it is to keep foreign materials out of the cooling system, especially sealants unless specifically requested (and even then, it's a last-resort measure, not part of routine maintenance). ### The result: My engine is ruined, and I'm left with a massive repair bill due to their mistake. I'm now facing thousands of dollars in repairs--or the cost of replacing the vehicle entirely--because J&M Auto Repair was careless with my car. They destroyed something that was otherwise running perfectly fine, and then decided to **wash their hands of the situation** instead of standing behind their work. --- ** Final Verdict: Do NOT take your vehicle to J&M Auto Repair.** They are **reckless, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional.** If something goes wrong--and in my case, it went catastrophically wrong--they will not help you. They won't take your calls. They won't admit fault. They won't fix what they broke. They'll leave you stranded, quite literally, and you'll pay the price for their incompetence. Take your business somewhere else--**anywhere else**--if you value your vehicle, your time, and your money. ---
