Every time I've been broke, they've been there. Try that with any other motor company! They do there best to get it right the first time and when its not, they've always made it right. I have two Harley's: one old, one new. I came in the other day with my old 2002 FatBoy with an oil leak, engine light and brake switch problem. They replaced the brake switch because they had worked on it last, tightened an oil filter and read the engine code and didn't charge a dime. It's inconvenient for me to take them back as I don't have a trailer or a pickup anymore so I thought I'd share my exp for anyone thinking about using them.

Also, during some point the oil drain plug was loosened and not properly torqued back shut. I rode home on my bike with a loose oil drain that they didn't tighten. It's a miracle I made it home safely without all of my engine oil pouring out on my tire on the highway. They will NEVER touch my bike again and you shouldn't let them work on yours.
