I was in Conway for work and had an issue with my rental car that needed to be resolved quickly. It was late evening and the rental company was unable to help, so I stopped in the store in hopes that someone with automotive experience might be able to make a suggestion. Not only did Dana offer to help, but when the problem was a bit challenging, her determination to solve it was even greater. And she did solve it. Thanks so much for proving that outstanding customer service is out there!

I made sure my kids know how to change a tire, and wipers, jump a battery, and the basics. But one Sunday afternoon, my son was driving through town with his window rolled down and realized it would not go back up. He called us and asked what to do. Knowing how our local O'Reilly treats customers and takes care of them, we helped him find the closest O'Reilly to his location. A bit of googling lead us to believe it was just a blown fuse. He went into the Oak Street O'Reilly and asked for help. He didn't ask or expect anyone to do it FOR him, just point him in the direction of fuses. He had a photo on his phone of what fuse number controls the window motor of his make and model car and the man just absolutely refused to help him, refused to hear him out, and was extremely rude. He wandered around the store looking for fuses and felt frustrated and called us back. Conway was expecting many inches of rain over the next few days, so he was worried. I quickly found him another auto parts store down the street and he went there and got the help he needed and treatment (i.e. good customer service) we would also expect from O'Reilly. When it turned out that the problem wasn't a fuse, the man still helped him figure out what to do until Monday morning when a repair shop was open.

When I asked for another service, an employee at the register told me that they don't offer that service. The employees at the registers are hard to find too, they take so long to come when I'm trying to pay to leave.

My boys and I had been working in Mayflower feeding the storm victims and all the rescue workers this week. When we loaded up to finally head home I blew a clamp off the turbo on my truck. I called them up at Napa and told them what happened and asked if there was any way they could bring me one since I was stuck on the side of the road with my camper and my cookers. I asked how much the part was because weI had been down there so long we were literally down to a full tank of gas and $22 in my pocket to get home with. They told me they would be able to help me out and the part was only $6 and change. So my boys and I waited, excited that we weren t going to be stranded for long. The Napa delivery guy pulled up and handed me the part. I went to pay him and he refused to take my money. Thank you all again for helping us get home.
