I personally do not always go with family/friend referrals just because the idea of getting screwed/being too relaxed and not thinking thoroughly pops to mind. Instead - I usually select 2 or 3 different services and compare/ask questions before I select my main one. I would have given Prime Home a 5/5, but I recently just bought my first home so... I can't really do a comparison when it comes to Lenders. I had Phillip Oh as my main contact first since my mother knew him fairly well. He was pretty good at getting back to me via email, text, call. Response time was probably within 45 mins? Pretty good for a busy guy. You should always see how long a Lendor takes in response time because some take 24 hours to get back to you. I HATE that time frame. At first Phillip didn't really send me an email introducing himself - I felt kind of miffed. But once my realtor told him to do so, he quickly sent me an email. Apparently, he prefers to gather all data and then send an email. I guess that's fine for some folks, but not me. Once the first part of getting info for my home was done - I worked with his employee Don. Don was fine. I think I was tougher on Don since I panicked probably like 4-5x before signing on the dotted line. Hey - buying a home for the first time can be stressful. I think I lit a fire under Don a few times, but he was more than happy to make sure I felt better. Sorry Don! Oh - Phillip and Don used a secure email account for all my personal documents. Phillip & Don were able to get all my docs together quickly, make it very painless to sign papers (electronically), answered all questions, and kept me in the loop of the process. Overall - I barely felt stressed when it came to papers. My main stress - which was questions - was put at ease quickly.

I am their Buyer Broker. When they told me they wanted to use Wells Fargo instead of one of my preferred lenders, I shuddered. To better serve my clients, I have assembled a team of top performing professionals who have proven to me their ability to provide exceptional service to my clients and almost always exceed their expectations...Wells Fargo is not on my list. The process started well. The Home Mortgage Consultant, John, was communicative, at first, updating me on the process. I thought, "Well, maybe I've mis-judged Wells. This guy seems on top of things." And then... Me: "Umm, we're supposed to be closing next week, How's it looking." John: "Processing Dept has moved to Fla. Having a little difficulty getting an update. Extension #1 Me: "Hey John, my Clients are leaving the country the day after we are supposed to close...how's it looking?" John: "Uh yea, the the underwriter said that the debt to income is outside normal parameters. Had to kick it up to the next level. Trying to get upper managment involved. I'm pushing every button I can but it doesn't look like we will close on time. Extension #2 Me: "Hey John, my Client's have given me Power of Attorney to sign for them, Will we be able to close by the extended deadline? John: "No Ron , I'm sorry . I am having a conversation with the under writer later today to see what the issue / hold-up is .. I'll update yo as soon as I can . Thanks" Extension #3 Me: "Hey John, Haven't heard anything from you. The Seller says he will not extend the contract again unless he has a confirmed closing date. When will we close?" John: [after several days of emails and calls to his office. I finally called his cell] "Dude, I left that place. He's my former boss' number. Good Luck." Extension #4 So...here I am. 30 days past our original closing date and no closer to closing this deal with Wells Fargo after another 7 straight days of calling Michael (the Boss) and getting absolutely no response. Oh...and his voice mailbox has been full for the last 3 days. Sending Extension #5 and hoping I can keep the deal together long enough for my Clients to return and apply with one of my Preferred Lender. I took the last 20 minutes out of my day to warn anyone who may be, even remotely, considering Wells Fargo as their lender. DON"T

I tried many MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) companies, but only a few offered me a loan at extremely high rates and unfavorable terms..... In this review, I want to share some good news . . . LendingSource Mortgage in Atlanta Georgia went to work for me. They specialize in difficult loans. The owner, Ifti Sheikh, got me approved for the working capital that I needed - it was an interest only 1-year term loan with monthly payments of interest only at a very reasonable interest rate. Ifti really worked hard for me and he showed a level of patience, integrity, empathy, and honesty that I have never seen in the lending industry; he educated me and took the time to understand my business and its operating cycle. No one has offered this kind of full service that I received from Ifti. I cannot thank him enough. We need more guys like Ifti but sadly, if they exist, they are hard to find. If you are a business owner looking for working capital or any other type of Commercial Loan, please give LendingSource Mortgage a chance. I was doomed to continue using MCA companies until I found out about this company. I am extremely happy and I am passionate about spreading this good news and a great experience.
