A few days prior to closing, he stopped returning calls, emails and texts and was unreachable to me and the title co. he had chosen for closing. Only hours before closing Anson finally called back to tell me that he did not have the funds available to buy my home, thus tanking my retirement dream and leaving me twisting in the wind. Anson also claimed to have delivered 1,000.00 " earnest money" to the title co. on my behalf, in case the deal went awry, which it did. The title co. informed me that he had failed to deliver the money as stated and agreed to in our contract. In addition to having no earnest money , I also had to rush a quick sale to another buyer and ended up having to sell at 14,000.00 less than Anson had agreed to in writing.. Total net loss- 15,000.00. I consider it very generous to give him 1 star. Reckless realtors like this give a black eye to all the honest realtors in the region. Disgusting.

After leaving a message, I've never once gotten a call back. Only responses have been via email or text, often missing the point of the message completely. Workman show up about 50% of the time during their scheduled window to make the near constant repairs needed. Their properties are not well maintained. And this little fact will tell you all you need to know about this company... they add to their leases that you can't post on social media. That's how bad they are, they have to proactively sensor their tenants. Whatever you see online, trust it's far worse. Now that I've moved out, I'm free of them. Avoid at all costs.
