Good pizza, but overpriced. I got a 12" pepperoni with fresh garlic and green chile, and some garlic knots. Nice place inside, but was cold and they had ceiling fans running while it was 28F outside. read more

So sad. We had a pizza half and half. Hudsucker mushroom, Italian beef, and roasted garlic on Alfredo sauce. Chicken baconranch. Chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, on ranch dressing as sauce. 2 garlic rolls and a house salad. Well let's see the pre made and packaged salad came with balsamic dressing in the container. So we were charged extra for the 2 dressings we actually wanted with our salad. $.54 cents each. Which she charged us for and forgot to give us. When I went up there to get them she said $.54 each. I explained to her that my husband had already paid. Guess she beloved me. The blue cheese and ranch with both very good. The garlic rolls were smaller this visit but still very good and came with a side of marinara. We ordered the 16inch pizza the smaller one was $2.00 less. Both flavors were bland. One hathe crust was slightly burnt. Neither pizza had that much cheese on them. 3/4 of our pizza came home because we will not waste food! I am so disappointed waited a whole year to come back and eat their pizza! Total: $30.44. Experience: tasteless and worthless. read more

The first slices they brought out were completely burnt but the second slices were also just as black. The waitress said they had new ovens and were trying to figure it out but we talked to other patrons and they also got black burnt pizza. Smelled and tasted terrible. Beer was good. read more

Service is incredibly slow, and staff are unresponsive to customers. WAYYY overpriced for the quality of both food and service. I won't eat here again. read more

Drove down from Ouray to try the pizza, the staff were pleasant and the pizza was ready made and delicious. The menu was difficult for us Seniors to see and make a choice;wish they had printed out individual menus. Would definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

Don't waste your time, money or stomach. Pick up time was 635 at 648 I finally got my calzone but we had to wait another 10 minutes for hubbys Gyro. My calzone is now cold and his gyro was terrible. The meat was crunchy and he could not even eat 1/2 of it. Then was up with stomach issues all night long. read more

Their pizza was sooooo good! The crust was just the right thickness with the perfect crunch to softness ratio. I ordered 5 cheese with mushroom. We also had an order of pepperoni rolls. While I like burnt edges, these were a little too crispy for my liking. The pizza was amazing though. The patio and ambiance of the restaurant is fun and casual. Homeslice needs to make its way to Texas! read more

Awesome pizza and crust. Friendly service. We're visiting from phoenix. Happy to find a place to do lunch with my son

In the area for vacation and ate here multiple times in 2 weeks. The pizza is really good. Fresh and quality ingredients. The crust was crispy on the outside and super soft inside. My only omplain is that when they were really busy I don't think they had enough staff to compensate. Regardless, this is a solid place that you should frequent as much as you need to eat pizza. read more

Ohhh my gosh. We're in durango for the weekend, had never been here before and just might come back just for the pizza. The crust is so light and crispy and delicious. we got half Pork u pine and half ibiza (per the waiters suggestion) and they didn't disappoint. It was all just so good. The sauce, the amount of cheese, the toppings, etc. The prices were good considering it's a tourist town and the 18" was perfect for 4 adults. The slices are massive. We finished with cinnamon knots and they didn't skimp on the frosting!!! We are happy, full and so pleased with our experience at home slice! read more

We just came for the skiing but had a craving for pizza so we stopped by this little place and are glad we did. The pizza was excellent as was the Stromboli and the service was beyond my expectation. The owner I believe , was super nice as were his employees. If you're in the area craving pizza definitely stopped by this jewel of a place. You'll be glad you did. read more

Great pizza! Great value! Ordered three slices - two pepperoni and one meat lovers. We enjoyed eating them outside for a late lunch

A bit busy this time of year but still my favorite pizza in Durango Lots of out of town people patronizing this business so either they know about it or just got lucky discovering it. I hope that they can keep the quality going because keeping good reliable help in Durango seems to be a problem . read more

Price is too high for what you get. The quality doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. Bottom of crust is so thin it's barely manageable and the edges aren't edible they are so tough. Worse heartburn ever, every time we order. I've given up trying. Service is usually good. read more

Great tasting pizza with crispy crust and no flop. A little overpriced (by about $6) but seems everything is in Brandon's build crack America. Definitely will be return when in the area again. Nice atmosphere and has cold beer. Parking is extremely scarce but worth it. read more

We stopped in on NY day as they were one of only a handful of places open in Durango. SO GLAD WE DID! Husband & I shared a 1/2 & 1/2 garlic chicken & hudsucker. Helpful that they'll split it so we each got to try something and not have a to. Of pizza left. They also do some pizza by the slice sou the kiddo got plain cheese & didn't waste an entire pizza. They've got good beer too! Really recommend! read more

The best pizza in the area. They are super fast and has great customer service. The new layout looks great too!!

Order a pizza. Never get it. Thumbs down. If you take someone's credit card number, then, yeah, you should deliver. Sometimes you only get one chance. Edit: Owner followed up on this review very quickly and nicely, which was greatly appreciated! Updating to three stars because clearly there will be some revisiting of procedures with employees and making sure this doesn't happen to others. read more

Decided to have some pizza on a Wednesday afternoon trip to Durango. They have pizza by the slice and whole pizzas. I started with the Greek salad which is in a case next to the ordering window. We ordered single slices of pizza which included pepperoni, bbq bacon w/jalapeños and a veggie . The individual pizza slices were okay was okay not hot as I would have liked so I ordered a whole Izzy... big difference. Now I ate the pizza even though it was a little done. Overall the whole pizza was the best! A lot of people started to arrive for the lunch rush so it was good to see the reason for the pizza by the slice concept. There was outdoor seating available also. read more

Went here on 12/14/19 and it was really good! The slices are big so 2 is plenty to fill up on. I got the bacon chicken ranch pizza and it was really good! Someone else in the group got the vegetable chicken pizza but it came with no meat. The staff was super friendly when we brought it back to them and instead of making a new one we just asked for the change back. Even though they were busy it was still fast and the service was really great. Will be coming back! read more

There unique speciality pizzas were better than we expected. Fa-Gouda-Boutit was the most unique pizza I've ever tried and it was delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially if you love eggplant. The only downside to this establishment is their very limited parking spaces and their bathrooms could have been cleaner. read more

I would rate the food a 3.5, however, the people there were very helpful and the food was reasonably priced and therefore I gave them an extra 0.5. We got the heater pizza, Italian beef sandwich and pepperoni knots. The heater pizza had a good amount of toppings. It had spicy sausage, hatch green chilies, jalapeños and cheddar cheese. The pizza itself was rather doughy and not anything different than you might find at a chain. The Italian beef was on parmesan crusted bread. While the bread was good the sandwich itself was a bit underwhelming and I found it a bit dry despite the au jus and giardiniera that came with the sandwich. However, the pepperoni knots were incredibly yummy. They were loaded with crispy pepperoni and a good amount of stringy mozzarella. Hope this is helpful. Enjoy! read more

The smallest worst tasting cardboard pizzas that I ever had. The price was outrageously high. I ordered hot wings too, but received pigeon wings. $66.00. Ever time I see a pigeon I will think of those tiny wings.? The pizza.......what a waste of money....never ever again read more

I was visiting Durango with family and needed a pizza while watching the men's NCAA finals. Used yelp to find HomeSlice as it was ranked number 1. We soon found that it should be ranked number 1. Horrible. Usually great pizza but the last few ltimes I've ordered it has been sub par. This last time it was burned and soggy.

the pizza quality was great and there are several desirable choices to make in the future if we make it back out to Durango. The waitstaff was fantastic and the ingredients tasted fresh. read more

OVERPRICED. OVERPRICED. OVERPRICED. Food is good but not $30 for a pizza good. Quality isn't the same as it used to be. Not sure if new ownership came in and yoinked everything up but it ain't the same. Bring those food prices back down and quality back up and we'll be in there 3 times a week. Best pizza in Durango hands down. Cheap slices and reasonably priced pies. The dough is amazing- crisp on the outside and still soft in the middle with great flavor. Also have a variety of homemade hot sauces- the habanero was perfect. Wish they sold it for me to take home. A little crowded inside because the place is so small but I guess that's a good thing! read more

I friggin' love this place. Their pizzas are amazing. All of the ingredients are so fresh. I just recently tried their meatball sandwich and it was incredibly delicious. Generous amount of meatballs, perfect amount of cheese, and extra marinara on the side. The best part was their homemade hoagie. Finger lickin' good. I'm so happy about their new location in Three Springs! read more

We meeting at Homeslice many times on our trips to Durango. The pizza is good but they are very expensive and pretty skimpy on their toppings. We spent $70 on two large pizzas with 2 toppings each. Plus we had garlic twist. It was a lot of money for very little. Especially the toppings. read more
