Both were excellent. For sides my wife chose a half grapefruit brûléed and I had marinated tomatoes. I remember having sugar on a half grapefruit as a kid, but bruleed? Epic! So long as you get good eggs, the bacon, sausage, gravy biscuits, etc from the buffet are breakfast worthy. Else order off the menu, it'll be a good plate of food as well. Probably the tastiest thing about any breakfast in Alabama will be the Conecuh sausage - If you're not already a fan, do give it a try (just order sausage in Alabama, it'll be Conecuh!).
