If the staff was busy I'd understand! But they were mostly just chatting with each other, and helped other customers around me. I felt invisible :( When I went to the register to purchase a shirt (no luck with dresses, sad), no one was there. Waited at the empty register for way too long before deciding to hang up the shirt and leave. I'm not normally one to write reviews but this experience made me feel pretty bad and I left quite sad. This store sits where the old Canad Inns Stadium (formerly Winnipeg Stadium) was. It's weird seeing this building and a huge P.F. Chang's nearby. This area is vast, and needs either more stores or housing, or both. My original intent was to find a washroom, hoping that any of these three stores had a washroom. I came close with Urban Behavior. There were washrooms in the back right of the store. However, if was blocked off with a sign that said that these washrooms were unavailable. I'm taking one star off for blocking off the washrooms. It seems ridiculous to search for a washroom elsewhere, especially when it's cold outside and you need to go. I briefly looked at the merchandise. I noticed that it had Forever 21 tops that were heavily reduced in price. It felt like an outlet, as prices were decent. There were Ugg knockoffs. Naturally, I didn't find any in my size because I have big feet for a woman. I liked the sweatpants and sweatshirts. They looked cozy and comfy. The accessories were practical and cute. I saw everything from toques to earmuffs. This store had a decent selection of graphic t-shirts for both men and women. I was impressed. I rarely go into an Urban Behavior store. They low ball you on everything you offer even if the items are high value bands and in perfect condition - it is not ideal it to bring expensive items here to sell, you will NOT get your moneys worth. They also reject a lot of stuff too like mentioned in other reviews that seem to be in way better condition and more modern style than what you see in their store. Overall I wouldn't take a special trip down there to sell things unless I was already in the neighborhood and needed to kill time.

We found a nice skirt (incidentally pretty much the only long skirt we could find in the entire mall), which he tried on and bought. If anyone there was phased by the gender bending they didn't let on. It was a comfortable & successful shopping experience. The skirt was also really nice and on sale - bonus! This isn't a store that I would normally even think to shop at, but I'll definitely go back if I'm looking for something in their style in the future. I really appreciate places that treat customers with non-normative gender expression respectfully.
