Not only is everything made in Winnipeg, it's made with high quality materials and a hardwood frame. You also get to pick out your fabrics so you can custom design your furniture. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They care as much about how good something will look in your home as you do. I made a warrant claim, as the couch was defective and falling apart. Despite them advertising that they would cover 100% of the cost when purchased, they only provided me with 70% of cost. I wasn't thrilled but it wasn't the end of the world. I then decided to purchase a love-seat recliner from a salesperson named Chris. Everything seemed pretty straightforward with the purchase at the time. I got a call a couple of weeks after purchase confirming that delivery would be on a specific date. Due to my work schedule, I had to book off the entire day in order to be home. I get a call after the purchase asking if I'd like to buy warranty on the couch, and I agree. I go back in to the store and meet with Chris, who helps me with the purchase of the warranty. Right as I purchase the warranty, he says he might have made a mistake on the delivery. I clarify what that means, and he says to not worry about it as he will fix it, and it's just a technical problem. I confirm with him that I should still expect delivery on the agreed upon date and he says yes. Fast forward to the day before the expected delivery, I receive a call from the Brick, asking what day I'd like to have delivery on. I told them that it was already confirmed for tomorrow, but they tell me that Chris cancelled the delivery date when I came in to purchase the warranty. I asked to speak with Chris who just continued to dodge my questions and told me I have to book a new date. I asked to speak with the manager, Steve, who was also unprofessional and just kept telling me that Chris told me previously that he changed the delivery date (which was incorrect). When I told him how frustrating it was that I took a day off work for nothing, he told me that I got the couch on sale so I should just be happy with what I'm getting. Not only was it beyond frustrating to have my delivery date moved for no reason, and not being told about it until the day before, I was also extremely disappointed with how Chris and Steve dealt with it. I've shopped at the Brick on Kenaston and bought about four different types of furniture from them. Every purchase from the Brick on Kenaston was seamless, and the staff were super easy to deal with, however this is my first interaction with the Brick on Regent, and I am beyond frustrated. I went into sleep country on Kenaston with my wife last week at 8PM. The store was closing at 9, and it looked as it had been a very busy day in the store. The store and especially the bathrooms were a bit dirty, but this was black Friday so I imagine that there was not a lot of time to clean up. We were met by Louise Zhang. She walked us around the store gave us some time to ourselves. By 9:05, 5 minutes after the store closed we ended up with a brand new adjustable Tempur-pedic bed. These bed's are fully adjustable and can go over 8 Grand depending on mattress and size. We opted for a queen which with discount came to over four grand. Not a small price to pay for a bed, but hey if you are not going to spend good money on a bed then where are you going to spend it. Louise was just a joy to work with and is probably underemployed. Her attention to detail was incredible especially considering she was overtime on her shift. The bed was delivered a few short days later and the guys popped it into my existing bed surround. They were quite professional as well, however they did smell of smoke. They did a really good job and were in and out. Old bed and all packaging was taken away. Thus far the Tempur-pedic adjustable bed was worth every penny. The bed just oozes quality, and I am looking forward to sleeping on it for a very long time. I was very pleased with sleep country, Louise, the delivery guys. All and all 5 star experience!

We have dealt in Winnipeg at the Unicity Store and have always enjoyed excellent service. Our latest experience however, was less than exemplary. The salespeople were OK but less accommodating than our prior experiences, but the big issue was delivery. They sent a third party (moving company) who had no idea how to set up the bed (lifestyle) or to properly attach the headboard. They eventually got it useable but left a few parts behind, not knowing where they went and being in a big rush to get to the next delivery having spent nearly 3 hours with us. We called for assistance and got a second appointment to complete the installation, specifically requesting Sleep Country personnel who knew what they were doing but the same moving company showed up. We were hesitant to let them in. They were better than the first pair but still not expert with the bed and took a while to figure it out. All in all unprofessional, not the "white glove" service we were promised, no "booties" to protect your floors and so on. Product is good but we'll shop around next time.
