They handled everything from start to finish and were super knowledgable for everything roofing. From the initial consult, to the constant communication and scheduling, to the final install - I am very pleased with the quality of work, flexibility and professionalism. We had some extra concerns to ensure they minimize the nails in our yard, and were very accommodating to that request by taking extra precautions and even spending extra time during the clean-up process as well. I worked with Clayton and Francisco, both were amazing. I highly recommend this company.

But when he did his inspection and came upon some issues that could potentially become bigger issues for me if not taken care of; I decided to take action. He did not push or try to sell anything. He was very straightforward about what he and his team wanted to accomplish. He walked me through everything I needed to do and even did a follow-up after the work was done. My roof looks so good! I'm happy that I went with them. Everything actually went well from beginning to end. They got my roof done in great timing!! They also cleaned up the mess pretty well. Locked out of your RV or camper???…read more I found myself locked out of my camper at James Island County Park campground with phone, purse, camper and car keys, and EVERYTHING locked inside. Quite a predicament to be in! I was appreciative of Billy Reid, the owner of Coastal Lock & Safe, responding in a timely manner to quickly unlock the camper door without any harm done. He lives locally and is not farmed out by some company in Chicago or elsewhere to respond. The first three companies I called operate in this fashion. They responded by telling me they would have a technician in the area contact me. Three did and all seemed sketchy and very difficult to understand. They also could not assure me they would not simply drill the lock out. I'm glad I passed on them and found Billy Reid of Coastal Lock and Safe.
