In less than 2 weeks we had our new shower glass Installed. I spoke to the owners Ben and Peter. They were amazing. The crew they sent to do the work was absolutely the best. I will never call anyone else for my glass needs. They informed me they do window and door glass, also mirrors and table glass. These guys are the BEST.

Service was friendly on dropoff and pickup, and the quote they provided was pretty accurate. Quality was great and there were no issues whatsoever. The not-so-good: Not much! I'm not sure how expensive mirror repairs usually are, but their prices lined up with my expectations ($125 to repair a medium-sized wall mirror). Wish they had an online presence with details on a website.

The nerve! The owner, Brenda and her daughter will not return calls, will lie about dates and forget to order items. They expect you to just take off time over and over again but will never apologize or take responsibility. They actually blamed their accountant, Wendy, for charging my bill without authorization. Don't blame her when you know it was you. The only time this company moved fast was when they charged my card. Their techs seem like nice guys but you can tell some of them have much less experience than others. They had to come out at least 6 times to complete this job. While dealing with Charleston Glass, I found Palmetto Glass in WA. NIGHT AND DAY! They are doing the rest of my restoration and specialty glass. I have had nothing but a good experience with them. Fast, reliable and respectful of clients' time. Call them and skip Charleston Glass altogether.

This efficient army of people descended on my home, all with a specific mission, removing and replacing eight windows in one day. Responsiveness AFTER the sale... zero stars. Just received a response and supposedly, the screens will ship in four weeks. This leads me to believe the screens were never ordered in the first place.

This only further reflects the level of unprofessionalism I experienced throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend bringing your business elsewhere. As others have mentioned, this has been one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant companies I've ever dealt with. I originally reached out to purchase window stops while waiting on a competitive quote from another vendor, especially since this company quoted me a $200 delivery fee for a 20-minute drive. After two weeks of being told I would "get a call back," I was finally informed that they didn't want to spend the time determining which window stops I needed, despite having already provided an incorrect option in their first quote. I was also told, very bluntly, that they "make more money" replacing windows than selling parts, so they weren't interested in helping. The representative I spoke with was condescending throughout the conversation and repeatedly called me "honey" in a rude, unprofessional tone. It's clear they do not value customer service or vendor relationships and are focused solely on maximizing profit. They've lost my business, and I'll be sharing this experience so others can avoid the same frustration.

I used their feature on Yelp to request a quote, and they were very fast in responding and getting an estimate appointment set up. Throughout the process of our roof replacement, they were constantly in contact, which meant that we were always well aware of what stage of the process we were in! The actual process of our roof replacement was pretty smooth. The team was very efficient, starting around 7am and plowing through until sundown (in June)!! They are very careful to clean up everything before leaving for the night; they wrapped up all the garbage in tarps and ran a magnet through the yard to pick up any loose nails. I really appreciated the online portal they have set up. Their assistant Jackie, who is fabulous, took pictures of all stages and uploaded them there for us to see! It's a small service that really goes a long way. Contract Exteriors level of communication really sets them apart. On top of having very competitive pricing, you're actually dealing with real humans here! If you're looking to get some work done on your home, check out their website! They do a TON of stuff (roofing, decks, windows) and really do quality work.
