A friend was moving to a basementless home and had his unit for sale. 101 Mobility had installed…read morethis as a used unit in his house. We called 101 and Angie came out that very day and it turned out, she had been the sales person for our friend as well as the original owner. We had to wait a few weeks to have the unit moved and Robert came to do it. All went smoothly from the de-install and the re-install. A different rail was required as we did not have the lift up piece at the end. Robert came back the next morning to check it all out but had suggested we get a wider doorway put in. He measured up and we had enough room on the short wall. These folks also support our local NE Cobb senior center. Let me tell you, a nicer bunch of people you will not find!! I would recommend them any time... Since making the arrangements, we have found out we have other friends who have used 101 Mobility and every one raves about them. Nary even the slightest complaint -- just glowing words of praise. Prices are good too!!!

On 2 Feb 2023 Care Medical of Athens received my CPAP Machine -a ResMed A10- to send off to…read moreResMed's repair/contract facility because the blower motor was DEAD. I have called you on six separate occasions trying to get a repair status and a "loaner" machine. Zero success in all calls. On 1/14/23 I spent 20 minutes speaking with Mr. Walker at Medicare CMS. He was shocked by your neglect because this machine is a medical necessity for anyone with Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea. After looking it up on his database, he found that it was past the 13 month period and that any local DME provider could provide a loaner and get the ResMed CPAP machine repaired. Please send the ResMed machine back to me and I'll find someone with a loaner and have them send it off for repair. Today is 3/1/23 and I still have not been able to get a repair date completion or a loaner CPAP Machine.

Even after giving them the part number for replacement nonmagnetic clips they can't tell me if they have them or can get them. And they are the ones that furnished me the device. I refer to them as Don't Care Medical.
