I would recommend them to any disabled person, or family in need of walking aid accommodations. When I used them the second time, they had all of my information in the system, so it was fast and easy! The price is great considering how convenient it is. The first time, I used a reclining wheelchair with leg extensions for a hospital procedure, and the second time was for my sister's wedding. So worth it. I feel blessed there's a service like this here.

Our experience with them has been fantastic, and as a full time wheelchair user living in a two story home the elevator has been life changing. Mobility Scooters & More was the only one of three that bothered to reply and did so in a fast and courteous manner. They offered to hold the item for me. One of the best surprises is they hold limited Saturday hours. This is rare but most helpful for a business like this and it is most appreciated for those of us who cant meet the usual 'nine-to-five" hours of other establishments. This business stocks all manner of items related to one's "mobility" so if you are rehabbing an injury or need a more permanent solution this is a great option in the metro area.

To share my experience, I had problems with my van that didn't allow me to open and close the side door for the ramp the way it was intended. I went through so many channels with Chrysler until it dawned on me to call AMS, just a little slow thing I guess. I emailed Josh and explain what I was going through and all of the information on my van, he hooked me up with the channels in the service and parts department to get things right. After receiving the new part they shipped to me extremely quick without unreasonable shipping fees I was able to install the part myself mechanically but my knowledge wasn't there of the proper operations and tuning of the part. I called back their team and they did not hesitate to help me make final adjustments that I needed to make everything work properly. Now I have my transportation back without spending unrealistic costs on parts and service thanks to AMS team. Today's customer service has gone to the wayside and it's all about money, I did not experience that with AMS, they truly took my concerns to heart and were truly interested in helping me as an individual get back up and running. With the proven customer service I was shown my next step is going to be buy the extended warranty they offer to go along with the lifetime warranty I bought on the van through Chrysler. I own the Chrysler warranty on my van but I received better customer service from AMS Vans and I don't even own the warranty from them yet. Thank you AMS.
