For those that are looking to have any type of electrical service issue addressed, I would…read morerecommend using Hamid. If you prefer the big llc / corp without personality, reasoning, advise, respect, basically to treat you like any other person without personalizing the experience, Hamid isn't your guy. As for those who read the bad comments on his page, need to be upfront with expectations. When meeting Hamid and discussing what I would like done which was installing a ceiling fan, adding outlets to areas for microwave and dishwasher, installing recessed lights (14) and 3 ceiling lights, and upgradings from a small panel to a much larger one, and lastly going from 100 amps to 200 service, I knew it was a big job and it would take some time. When he tells you to work with him, then that's what you do if you're prepared for it. We were upfront with what we needed and so was he. Other electric companies put you on hold with an answering service. I called him on a Sunday while doing a light fixture on my own and he picked up. No waiting, quick response to text or call. He also advised and taught me a few things. This means that he is the type to Wal you through it if you can tackle a small task and save money. Not to mention the quality of work, A+. I would recommend him to anyone. I thank you Hamid, as well as my family. We will be in contact soon.

Email after email sent asking to provide all paperwork needed only to get a runaround and stalled. On the 15th of Sept..Bryan stated, "I will have my office look into this by weeks end. The State moves very slowly but I will check to see if all your paperwork was submitted and that its being processed then we can go from there" On the 16th...." just checked your file again and there is a note on the jacket that your rebates have been filled out and submitted to the State sometime in late June." On the 17th..."Bryan...Please send me a copy of the rebate(s) application that your company filled out on my behalf sometime in late June and submitted to the State, and a copy of the application that was made to the Borough for the permits. Please scan same today and forward the documents to me via e-mail." After talking with him on the phone today, he wants to come over to check the model and serial numbers on installed items to put on paperwork for rebate(which he states in a email was submitted in late June). He blames Tom his salesman, and everyone else for not doing their jobs and "he doesn't have a crystal ball" to see that everyone working for him has done their job correctly and on time, which, as the owner, is exactly his job. Next time...I will deal with Edison Heating and Cooling, they may cost a little more, but at least I won't have to deal with this incompetence. Shop elsewhere....

They were poking and probing for 3 hours to help me out. I know they weren't down there fooling around because I was called down into the basement to see and learn about all the tests they were doing and the results of each. Everything was explained by Ted, the senior technician. He also showed me other boiler items to watch out for and even provided me with a 3rd-party cleaner that I might consider buying to keep the system running well. Their charge for 3 hours' work was reasonable! I've used TGM Services for electrical and A/C work, too, and it's fixed or enhanced, and it always works going forward. I am grateful for these 2 guys. He also provided clear, written quotes via email, which made the process much easier and more transparent. I received a similar quote from another contractor among several I interviewed for the job, but Martin's communication and professionalism made all the difference. While their AC maintenance service charge might be on the higher end, the value they provide--especially for full replacements which is the cheapest of all--is unbeatable. I highly recommend Martin for any HVAC work, especially if you want peace of mind and a job well done.
