When my daughter reached out to Lana (I refuse to use Dr.) to ask what she should do - we were charged $350 for over a 15 minute call to say - "stop the berberine" (supplement). Two days later when my daughter was no better after nearly a week of feeling so sick she could not eat, Lana told her by text to get anti-nausea medicine OTC and go to urgent care. Not once in the next 7 days did Lana reach out to my daughter to find out how she was. In the meantime, my daughter she saw an ER doc, gastroenterologist and had procedures and testing conducted. After sending her a text (her only method of communication) to express my utter disbelief that any so-called medical professional would not follow-up with a patient in 7 days given how sick my daughter was, she called me to "talk". She used "safe" responses like, "I take full ownership of" (not contacting my daughter) and "I accept full responsibility for (not following up). Never an apology or a sincere expression of regret for her failures. I indicated I would text her the amount I wanted refunded for this horrific mess. I did so and did not receive a reply nor a refund. She charges exorbitant, non-insurance covered fees, upcharges the test kits she recommends and "prescribes" supplements that made my daughter so ill she lost 15 lbs.

The private room is a good size, with two showers and the sauna room fits 4 ppl. The room lacked an extra table or vanity and a chair. The bench provided was full of the amenities they provide. Nowhere to sit to get ready...dry hair, put make up etc. There's a hairdryer, but the mirror is on the apposite side. I had to go to the bathroom next door since the outlet also not working. Need extra hooks to hang clothes etc. No bathmat. There should be one when you step out of the sauna, and showers....floor got very slippery. The staff was very nice. The amenities provided in the room were nice. The shower temperature ...no cold water. No one offered tea or any beverages upon our arrival or when we were done.
