No one on Earth wants you to shop at Walmart more than the employees at the front of this Homeland store. Fresh sushi is awesome. Baked goods are only stale about 15% of the time. Deli staff are friendly and helpful. People stocking shelves are always happy to answer questions. Good selection of mostly fresh produce. The women at the front accuse you of stealing every chance they get (see every other review on here and Google). They'll make eye contact with you then press the button on their little device that locks the self check out, so they can come peek inside your bags and question why you're buying things, and they'll sigh loudly after rolling their eyes if you ask for help with the machine. The only thing they dislike more than you using the self checkout, is you using the regular checkout that requires them to lift a finger. Everyone else in the store is friendly, courteous, nice, and happy to help you find things. It's just the older women in the front that hate working there, but they hate you shopping there even more. read more

This store is has high prices and bad service. Self checkouts are a joke. They constantly have problems and if your paying with cash, be prepared to wait. Only two registers take cash. If you ask why, nobody knows and they don't know who to ask. read more

VERY Disappointed with Homeland's BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. The ad is for 4-5 oz lobster tails @ $6.99 each. They substituted 3oz tails and marked them at the same price. We realized it after we got home so I called and spoke to a mgr. He told me to bring in the bar code and they'll adjust the price. So I go in and am told they changed their mind. Needless to say I WON'T be going back. read more

Takes a few hours to get to Ardmore from OKC so I figured that would give em time to fill it. Arrived at 1:20 and was told it's not ready and they were about to go to lunch. I get it...people need breaks, deserve lunch breaks, etc. It was just surprising they didn't seem to care about me or my situation, and didn't even pretend to care. The CVS locations I go to in OKC are very fast, accommodating and friendly. The weren't necessarily unfriendly at the Ardmore location, just slow and didn't seem to really care about the customers. Just not customer-focused like I'm used to with CVS.

They also dispose of old meds which I find very helpful. This family has also been involved in our local community. I rarely have to wait long for my prescriptions. Refilling is easily done online. Getting flu shots is another plus! I used to use one of the "Big Box" pharmacies where I was just another customer. At Reed, I am recognized and feel appreciated.
