I couldn't quite finish it because it was so huge, but I wanted to! I also had tacos one evening, with the fish of the day which was fresh sockeye salmon and it was everything I hoped for. The fresh fish was mouthwatering and the tacos were stuffed with toppings and seasonings to complement but not overpower the salmon. On a previous visit to Cordova, I had a fish burrito with silver salmon, and a breakfast bowl, all delicious, and it made Baja Taco a must-stop when I returned this week.

At payout she asked for $20 without batting an eye. If this is how they treat people, especially those who approach them in good faith, then I wouldn't trust them with anything that comes out of their roach coach. My favorite was the Banh Mi one though. I love that they have unique versions of it. I really wanted to try their halibut burrito, but unfortunately, they were out of halibut when I was there. The only downside for me is that they only have outdoor seating and while they have heaters, they aren't turned on in the summer. Summer in Alaska isn't very warm, but it's worth being cold to eat here! This is my favorite place we ate on our month long trip to Alaska. If you're on Valdez, it's a must try. If I'm ever back in Valdez, I'll be back here.
