The staff everywhere we encountered them was courteous and helpful, especially in stores where we asked questions. The mall is well maintained, restrooms are clean, and common areas feel well cared for. We appreciated the amenities like stroller or wheelchair rental, device charging stations (outside Apple), and multiple restroom throughout. One thing to be mindful of: some mallgoers report that kiosk vendors by walkways can be overly enthusiastic--if you're not in the mood to be approached, it helps to keep moving. I was there to pick up an outfit for a wedding and needed everything from head to toe. With just a little prompt to give him a starting point, the salesperson assisting me narrowed the options, expertly paired colors and patterns, and created an enable that I am eager to wear. The shoe department was no less helpful in helping me land on the best look for the event. A stop in women's wear was no less worthwhile. My wife received excellent recommendations and service and she ended up with a dress perfect for the occasion. Von Maur prices are moderate to high, but the quality of their goods is in keeping with the cost. Things to know: * Von Maur is open an hour later than the Jordan Creek Town Center that it now anchors (west end of the mall). * Men's alterations on purchases are free. Turnaround time is roughly the business days. * Von Maur has their own credit card which used to (and may still), not charge interest.

This is a HUGE problem because the sign to my home are written in English and if I can't verbally communicate to him in English, then what's the next alternative? I told him to stay there and I would go find him. I think he understood me. I had to drive my car out to find him in order to get my package. Now I'm hesitating on whether to order again from Walmart because online will not allow me to go to the store to pick it up and instead it will be locally delivered. Please do better Walmart. If you cannot find drivers that speak English, then allow me to pick up the item in store.

Now with a store like this that operates off of overstock merchandise you can't count on the same things being available all the time. So when I was looking through the women's clothing I was having a hard time finding items in my size. If I were a size extra small or small I would've had it made. I only ended up with a shirt for my son. Nothing else really caught my eye. I wasn't very impressed by the staff of the store though. I walked past a few employees and nobody greeted me smiled or made eye contact. When I walked up to the register the cashier me I contact with me but turned and continue to speak with her manager. It was at least 30 seconds before she finally walk to the register and told me she could help me there. The poor sales associate was the only one checking out and there was a long line. The manager was pushing carts together and ignoring what was going on. I stood in line for 15 minutes. I said something to the manager as I was walking out the door about why wasn't another checker called? She seemed very annoyed I had addressed the situation. She looked at me and rolled her eyes then said thank you and continued to ignore the lack of help. Im writing this review so hopefully there could be some changes made to this store.
