The store mainly consists of clothing for men and women, but also has a limited range of home goods and pet items. I was impressed with the range of men's clothing with the section being as big as the women's. You can find lots of brands that are at a lower cost than they would be elsewhere where (though also maybe a season or two dated ...). In all I thought it was a decent store and I'd go back. You never know what kind of gem you might find. There were not too many people working at the store but those who were seemed friendly enough.

When you shop at TJ Maxx you pretty much always know what you get: a random variety of brand names and not-so-brand names items at a decent discount (items are prices below MSRP). The store has clothing, accessories, shoes, beauty products, and some housewares. I like finding unusual selections I most likely would not find elsewhere. Recently I purchased a hair serum/leave in conditioner that does wonders for my hair that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. :) The store is always clean and well organized and the associates could not be nicer and more pleasant and hard-working. There is ample parking in the plaza parking lot. I enjoy the seasonal items offered and enjoy perusing the shoe section as well. I have found some random pieces that make a nice addition to my house and wardrobe here. While you are in the area you might as well check out the houseware-centric sister store, HomeGoods, down the street. Happy shopping!

For example, back home we do NOT have high-end jewelry or even branded jewelry for that matter. They legit had GUCCI rings, necklaces, earrings and the best branded sunglass case I have ever seen at a secondhand distributor store. I may have to visit a TJ Maxx each time I go on vacations now, just to see the different products logistically placed for each area's demographic. The holiday discounts were huge, making it a great time to shop for a mattress. They also offer delivery and will haul away your old mattress, which makes the whole process much easier. The salesperson on the floor was helpful and available to answer questions without being pushy. Overall, a great selection, excellent holiday deals, and helpful service. There was a three week wait for delivery, so we are excited to get the white glove delivery next week. Macy's is definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for a new mattress.

About a 2 months ago, my dad, sister and I went to this Ross to return a pair of headphones he had…read morepurchased. We had the receipt, but my dad accidentally forgot to bring one of the parts that belonged with the headphones. We completely understood that the return couldn't be processed without everything, and my dad even offered to drive the 2 minutes back home to get it. What bothered us wasn't the policy, it was the way we were treated. The employee immediately started making comments that made us feel like we were doing something shady because there wasn't a sticker on the box, even though we had the original receipt and were simply trying to make a return. After my dad came back with the missing item, another employee helped us, but the experience didn't get any better. She was rude, barely acknowledged us, and when we decided to buy a shirt while we were there, she didn't communicate what she was doing. We stood there waiting to pay, and when I asked if we could pay for the shirt, she told us it had already been paid for using the card from the return. She never explained that beforehand or asked if that was how we wanted to apply the refund. The entire experience left us feeling judged and unwelcome. I understand employees have to follow store policies and prevent fraud, but there's a respectful way to treat customers. We did everything we could to cooperate, and unfortunately the customer service we received was disappointing. They need to stop giving jobs to this rude, old people.
