I keep driving I turn left and never saw there pick up area.. now I'm mad..they took my money and sent me on a poor customer service wild goose chase! Long story short, rolled to the front of the store and was met by an Employee with a really annoying grin on her face.. I said a few choice words, regarding their poor customer service and the fact that while I was rolling in back alleys their staff was sitting around giggling with each other...hmm needless to say they brought my dresser out and loaded it in my car..I have never seen a ghetto mess like what I saw today.
