Like many of the Dollar Tree's in the Jacksonville Metropolitan-area, the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Unfortunately, minus the cashier who served me, the staff did not particularly seem it had a focus on customer-service. It got to the point where only the cashier was serving customers. As the line grew to approximately 10 customers, the manager only looked on and was not supportive to their cashier. When another customer asked if an additional register would be opening, the manager responded with "In a few minutes another cashier will be opening up a line." The way it was said was very disrespectful to everyone within range of their voice. As I was being served, the second cashier began their work on serving customers. Again, the manager just looked on. It created a bad picture! Once more, the cashier who served me was nice and went with the flow of pace of the business. I might visit the store in the future, but not for awhile. If you wish to check it out, do so with caution!

The nice young lady that greeted us gave me information about the sets on display-showroom floor. Most were real cool circular couches with a fire pit table in the middle. When I retire from my regular job, I'd love to work in sales here. It is very top/high end furniture that is made well and looks great! We are in the market for two bistro sets. Having very limited time I had to go and select what was necessary so the project could continue and not held up any longer. Stressed well, that's an understatement however I first had the privilege of working with Randy who invoked Todd's opinion and ended with Erica @ check out. They truly made this stressful situation a Joy and I even left with a smile on my face because of them. Randy was extremely patient, I asked him if he was busy and if he could help. He spent the next 20 minutes walking up and down the aisles repetitively (at least four times) before I could finally decide on the tile. As we were looking for the shower flooring to match the fantastic tile- the only thing I knew - I wanted pebbles. This is where Todd came to help, the two of them tag team and got various samples. (I got one which got voted out very quickly for the right reason). Todd had an eye for this as does Randy and that truly made a difference because from what I said earlier, being extremely stressful now suddenly became exciting because of the tile and pebble flooring that Randy and Todd helped select. Upon leaving, I had the privilege of working with Erica who is so kind and patient as I asked many questions about how the contractor will come get everything the following morning. She maintained a smile and when I told her how great Randy and Todd were she handed me a card so I could do a yelp review. Little does she know I've been an elite yelper for Eight years Overall, I'm very happy with what I got, the prices were very reasonable and I got a good value for my money. I was actually surprised at how inexpensive the pebble flooring and tile were as I really thought it was gonna cost a lot more. Thank you, Floor & Decor for Randy, Todd, and Erica, what a great team you have

On Friday, June 22, 2023, you came by my condo where my renter was getting to vacate the premises. She was given a list of things we wanted to keep and things that we weren't planning on taking with us. Somehow, the "see" and "keep" lists got entwined and you took some of my family heirlooms thinking they were on the "sale or give away" list. When we discovered that the heirlooms were gone, my husband contacted you and explained that situation and you said you paid for it, now it was yours. Of course we told you that your money would be returned but you said you rented a truck and hired some movers to help with this endeavor and all that costs.
