I always hear nightmare stories of contractors stalling their jobs and trying to rip you off or not responding in a timely manner. But Amin and his team are truly professionals. Jose is like his right hand man and gets the job done. Not only getting the job done but does it very well. From his showroom, we were able to pick out all the designs that we wanted and seeing the end result, I was truly impressed. His prices are fair and he's upfront about everything. Amin will answer any questions you have throughout the entire process. Even if you text him at 9pm he will respond quick. If he says something will be done by a certain time frame, he will ensure that it is done. I really wanted LED mirrors at the end and he wasn't able to do it. We were even willing to pay extra for it! We ended up having to get plain, boring mirrors with no LED which was pretty disappointing. Also, one of the biggest issue I had was I wanted all the outlets changed since the previous ones were yellow and old but he said it'll be an additional charge. White walls and yellow outlets? EWWW!! We pretty much did a whole gut renovation and spent a fortune but couldn't get our outlets switched out. I thought it would be an easy switch but apparently he said it costs to change bc it has to do with the electrical aspect of it. Didn't know that but now I know. We ended up finding a handyman to do it at less than a fraction of his price. Although we had a few disagreements here and there but from start to finish, Amin was available to answer our questions, concerns and help fix anything. He is so easy to work with and made this whole process extremely seamless. The team was able to get everything done and we moved in on the date that we wanted to. He didn't fit the oven or microwave securely. He damaged my cooker hood. Cut an extra hole in my counter top that wasn't needed. Trim was installed badly. The list goes on... Replying to the below response. No I don't have any friends on Yelp. Thankfully that's not ever been a priority of mine. I have text messages with +1 (626) 688-1111 on my phone, an invoice issued by the company, and payment receipts from my bank. Totally legit review here. I see deflection and lies are a "go-to" response for this complete cowboy company.

Because my friend was so happy with the quality and workmanship, I decided this was the company I wanted to use. From day one of contacting G&M, they were nothing but friendly, responsive, and answered all the questions I had prior to starting my kitchen remodel. Wing came to my house to take measurements and created a floor plan that best suited the size and layout of my kitchen. Wing was amazing throughout, always answering the phone and clearly explaining anything I had questions about. They work incredibly fast! Once my kitchen was prepped: new paint and drywall, I called Wing to let her know I was ready to begin. She immediately scheduled her workers, had all the materials in stock, and the entire job was completed in just two quick days, unheard of!
