Finishing breakfast
Eric O.

My first time staying. I'm working in the area. I found the hotel a relatively new. Everything was very large and modern my room. In addition to all the personalities are very well. Kept the breakfast but they certainly decent. I enjoy the selections. Coffee and a very large slice of to purchase snacks and beverages.

I can't say enough good things about our stay here! Instead of trying to find someone to watch our dog for a night when our families aren't nearby, we wanted to bring her with us while visiting Field of Screams. This hotel was so welcoming and pet friendly and even gave us a bag of treats for her. She's a little nervous, so it was a great setup to be able to go from the elevator almost directly outside without taking her through a busy lobby. The room was modern and very clean with a wonderful kitchenette. Fast check in and out using the app. Great location close to a lot of things and easy parking! This is the face of a very satisfied customer - and her parents, too. Looking forward to staying here any time we visit Lancaster and will be looking at Home2 Suites in other locations when traveling.

I asked for them to turn it off or cover it up. Twice I asked them.

We've stayed here a few times. It's okay I think parking could be better set up and my disability accommodations should be met. Here's my disability issues; 1. The laundry vent is pointed down from second floor at the entrance in direction of all the parking? So cheap toxic fragrances are spraying all over you! 2. Those damn side lit bathroom mirrors! I'm severely phototoxic. Fragrances that they are literally spraying on me before I figured this out land on my skin and react under light. Chemically burning me and making me completely intolerant to all light: natural and artificial. I requested twice that they turn off mirror light or cover them up, leaving the shower light. Apparently they refuse to do so without disclosing that to me! I fell into the toilet in a dark bathroom! 3. The indoor pool isn't being heated at all? I have been in this pool over the years and it always was heated makes me question how clean it is. You can do better! All disabilities mean I can not function in that way. Respect all disabilities equally! Mine is pretty easy to deal with! Update: maintenance just told me they're in the process (like it's way delayed being attended to) or replaying the pool pump- Doesn't this mean it's dirty? Like not being circulated?

Area designated to walk your dogs

It was a really nice hotel. The rooms were very clean. Friendly & helpful staff. My only complaint was the small shower w/ a shower head that was not very flexible. You either had to turn the shower head toward the wall or shut it off completely to be able to bathe. There were quite a few places to walk your dogs, but one designated area was impossible to use since it was completely covered with a bunch of bushes. My husband didn't care for the spiders that were hanging from the ceiling in the entranceway but my husband is rather tall, I am not so it did not bother me at all.

Second part of vacation in a a different hotel. This hotel is very nice clean amd in a great area if you want to go shopping or have a nice dinner at night. Rooms are set up very nice with stainless steal refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Canr forget the flatscreen tv. We were excited to be on the first floor which was right down the hall from where they do the comp breakfast which is very good. But that did not happen. When we got to our room the bed was disheveled and in the bathroom it looks like some one used the toilet because the toilet paper took was to the floor. So I went back the the front desk and spoke to the women thar checked us in. She called over the women who do the rooms to see if our room was done before we got here. But the women who checked us in remembered that another couples husband was in there for a bit and his wife wanted to be on a different floor. She said she can send someone in there to fix the bed for us which was nice but odd. Fixing it is not the issue if someone else was laying on or in it. Bit the on one women who cleans the rooms said for her she would feel more comfortable if we were moved to a room thar she knew was done 100% which I appreciated. She was very adamant about us being in a clean room which made me happy. So we got moved to the 3rd floor. There are 2 elevators. One was our if commission and was dining for hours. This is the new morning that we are hear and the dinging has finally been shut off. But all in all it's been a great friendly service so far from the people I have talked to and interacted with.

Maid can't tell cushion in on backwards, meaning not observant when cleaning.

Reasonably priced and centrally located, this hotel puts you within easy walking distance of just…read moreabout everything worth seeing in downtown Lancaster. One of my favorite touches was the enclosed walkway between the parking garage and the hotel, where historic photographs line the walls, telling the story of the grand department store that once occupied the building before it was transformed into the Marriott you see today. It's a neat little glimpse into Lancaster's past. The parking garage is just around the corner and connects directly to the hotel via the skywalk. That said, I'd recommend pulling into the front entrance first to check in and unload your luggage before parking--it'll save you from hauling bags through the garage. We booked a corner room, and I think it's easily the best value in the hotel. The extra windows offer great views of downtown from two sides, making the room feel much more open and bright. The indoor pool is modest but perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. There's also a well-equipped fitness center and spa for anyone looking to unwind or keep up with their workout routine. Don't miss the rooftop restaurant and bar. It's well worth stopping in for the views alone, whether you're grabbing dinner or just enjoying a drink. One thing to know, though: at the time of writing, access is from the exterior entrance rather than directly through the hotel. Overall, if you're planning a visit to Lancaster or exploring Amish Country, this is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced, and full of character, it's hard to beat as a home base for your trip.

Loved this place. We stayed here from Saturday August 29th,2026-Tuesday, September1st, 2026…read more Checked in early because our room was ready early! YAY! Nice, clean roomy one bedroom suite! Comfortable bed. Beautiful resort. Yes, a little dated but very nice!! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet was delicious! Pools looked awesome. Bar/restaurant had good food and great drinks! Awesome service! Our server Ted was the best! All around a truly nice place to stay, close to everything. Would absolutely LOVE to stay here again!

Our two-bed room was spacious and comfortable, and I was ecstatic to find a microwave in the room! That little convenience made a big difference, especially while traveling with our babygirl. We were on the first floor, and our room overlooked the formal ballroom. The resort itself is HUGE and, honestly, felt a little like a maze at first. But once we figured things out, we loved exploring everything it had to offer. One of our favorite features was the three pools--one indoor and two outdoor. The indoor pool also has a sauna, which was a nice bonus. We went to the indoor pool our first night, but it was overly crowded, so for the rest of our stay, we gravitated toward the outdoor pools. We especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool because it was much more spacious and gave our babygirl plenty of room to practice her swimming. There's also a splash zone for the kiddos, although our little one wasn't interested in that at all. She wanted to do what the big kids were doing, the pool. Another nice touch was the outdoor food truck, which offered quick handheld bites along with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. It was convenient when we wanted something to eat or drink without having to leave the pool area. Our room was cleaned daily and fully restocked, which we really appreciated. Eden Resort and Suites was the perfect place for our family getaway. We felt comfortable, had plenty to do, and made some great memories together. Hubby asked me if I would return... My answer? ABSOLUTELY! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very enjoyable but a few notes of discontent as well as what we enjoyed…read more Firstly, our check in was delayed due to housekeeping. Secondly, the provided breakfast was very disappointing. So much so that we went shopping for breakfast items to keep in our room as we had no interest in dining out each morning. Also, our suite did lack robes which made it much harder to remain comfortable while we relaxed after soaking in our hot tub and during our morning breakfasts in room. That being said, if you'd prefer prepared breakfasts, there is a great couple cafes just on the other side of the parking garage that open fairly early. Just don't expect this hotel to satisfy any real hunger in the morning. To summarize what was available: Overly lemon juice coated fruits Plain white bread products with a toaster Scrambled powdered eggs and bacon so thin it doesn't even taste like bacon Cereal/milk Oatmeal Overcooked hard boiled eggs (green ring around yolks) I think I saw yogurt on people's tables but it was gone when we arrived. Lastly, the tables in the breakfast room are very wobbly. We moved once and it was still an issue at the next so that was about the time we left. That being said, here are the things we loved: -Great ambiance in the lobby with a couple games and sketchbooks to pass time. -Friendly front desk staff -charming suite with spacious hot tub and powerful shower -comfortable couches, bed, and chairs -in suite table was sturdy and did not wobble -proximity to cafes and shops -free parking -restaurant on site; for dinner only. -nearby park/trail decent for jogging/walking

The bar in the hotel lobby was very welcoming and we enjoyed a couple cocktails both at the bar and brought to our room. Overall great experience and definitely would return.
