Nice compact kitchen with Good Size Refrigerator.

Updated Review Sadly, upon another visit for mutiple days, frustrating experience. Service not nearly as good as first visit here. My first night, I noticed the hot water in the shower was only hot for a few minutes then was warm. I told the front desk and they seemed indifferent and told me to tell the front desk tomorrow. So I had the shower issue all 3 nights, as it was never fixed. Second is the excessive "Incidentals Deposit" of $300. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and shouldn't have that much money tied up for a week. I doubt many people order $100 worth of movies or food at the front desk each day. It seems greedy. The "Breakfast" while served by a hard working employee was not really worth eating. Just yogurt, about half a dozen hard boiled eggs, and some breakfast sandwiches. There isn't a hotel shuttle to the airport, so that will cost about $25 with a Uber. This place has nice rooms, great gym, washer and dryer, but is an isolated area and seems to be run by Cheap ownership. The early 11 AM checkout another negative. I would slightly Recommend, but personally I am thinking it is likely I will not stay again.

My daughter's hockey team stayed in this hotel for a week. It was dirty and smelled of marijuana…read more Multiple girls found items in their rooms including pills, used, and unused condoms. The breakfast wasn't good...the selection was limited and didn't taste good. The WiFi is horrible to boot. The bath tub was covered in soap scum and water backed up the drain during showers. The lobby smelled like a sewer and sketchy folks were always hanging around the lobby and halls. Unfortunately the team had to stay at the hotel to play in a tournament. Lastly my daughter locked her key card in the room and was able to get a new key without any idea or verification. Scary place!!

The first night my friend found out she was bitten on her back and didn't think nothing of it. Then the next night around 2am in the morning, I was unpacking my things and found a bed bug in my luggage. So I immediately went downstairs to speak to the supervisor and he offered us a new room next door where we were currently staying. The pictures below are proof to show that the new room that was offered to us was far more in a worst condition than the room we was currently staying in. Long story short, my friend ended up getting her money refunded back to her for the 5 nights and as I'm writing this review, the hotel staff is still investigating the bed bug infestation in order to get her full refund smh!!

Pretty decent Hotel with plenty of parking, efficient service and plenty of coffee…read more Was exhausted after a very uncomfortable flight to Toronto. By the time I got here, I was ready to collapse and it was only 9pm. The Bed was so comfortable, by the time I went to sleep at 10pm, I was out cold in 5 minutes and did not wake up until 8:30am, the next morning. The breakfast buffet offers all you need to be fueled up. Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit (pineapple, banana, cantaloupe, grapefruit, and apples), yogurt, all sorts of coffee, cooled hard boiled eggs, coffee cake, toast, bagel, cereal (Cheerios, Raisin Bran, Cornflakes) and the creme-de-l'creme: the waffle maker, just 1: you need to devise a battle plan to ever have a chance to make a waffle as everyone is vying to make waffles (best bet: get there at 6am when the breakfast is first served and no one is awake.) While I've had better breakfast buffets, this did the job. Coffee was excellent which is what matters most. The rooms offer a nice 40" Flat screen TV with excellent reception and all the TV channels you need to find something worth watching. The entire hotel is very clean and organized. The only areas I had issues with were the showers (good water quality but slightly lower pressure than preferred) and the elevators (a little slower than expected). Despite that, would definitely stay here again. For those coming to Toronto via Pearson Int'l, this place does not offer a free airport shuttle so make sure to plan ahead getting here, about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic.

I was staying at the hotel that this restaurant is located in, so it only made sense to trybit out. I'm really glad I did! On the menu, it's called the Reef and Beef. 8oz ribeye cooked beautifully. The skewer had 2 shrimp and one scallop. The mashed potatoes and vegetables were a perfect compliment to the proteins. Excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere.

But clean and rooms appear to have had a "facelift". Didn't try out the onsite restaurant and bar, "Driftwood". Full size Starbucks in the lobby is a great touch. The "Pantry" on the 14th is a smaller room with drinks, snacks and some breakfast items. Other larger Delta properties have more full blown staffed Marriott Concierge Lounge or M-Club, this does not. As others have stated the parking garage is small, but close nearby and have tight turns if you have a big truck. Costs are $15 CAD/night. There are 3 spots right by the front door for checkin, with signage for them. Don't believe there is any upgraded room layouts available, as the best available is on the 14th floor "pantry" room with a non blocked view of the Marilyn Monroe towers and Square One mall :-) In our room there don't appear to be any outlets in the bathroom oddly enough. All in all, not bad for the location and price with the right expectations.
