Hotel has a small fitness center and indoor pool. Microwave and fridge in the room which was good! They had breakfast in the morning which included eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. They also have Al La carte items you can order for a fee. Hotel staff should be more mindful of guests coming down bare foot, it's inappropriate to be around food and others bare foot in a public space in my opinion. The one drawback to this hotel is that it advertises a bar/restaurant but they weren't open on the weekend. After a long day out it would have been nice to just be able to come back to the hotel for dinner and not have to go back out to get food.

By the time I got here, I was ready to collapse and it was only 9pm. The Bed was so comfortable, by the time I went to sleep at 10pm, I was out cold in 5 minutes and did not wake up until 8:30am, the next morning. The breakfast buffet offers all you need to be fueled up. Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit (pineapple, banana, cantaloupe, grapefruit, and apples), yogurt, all sorts of coffee, cooled hard boiled eggs, coffee cake, toast, bagel, cereal (Cheerios, Raisin Bran, Cornflakes) and the creme-de-l'creme: the waffle maker, just 1: you need to devise a battle plan to ever have a chance to make a waffle as everyone is vying to make waffles (best bet: get there at 6am when the breakfast is first served and no one is awake.) While I've had better breakfast buffets, this did the job. Coffee was excellent which is what matters most. The rooms offer a nice 40" Flat screen TV with excellent reception and all the TV channels you need to find something worth watching. The entire hotel is very clean and organized. The only areas I had issues with were the showers (good water quality but slightly lower pressure than preferred) and the elevators (a little slower than expected). Despite that, would definitely stay here again. For those coming to Toronto via Pearson Int'l, this place does not offer a free airport shuttle so make sure to plan ahead getting here, about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic.

My sister was arriving before me and 3 of the nights were under my name. She let one of the employees know and he was able to assist. The day after I arrived, I went up and told him what i needed and was told, he'd already seen me downstairs and was already working on the change of the reservation. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, probably one of the best instances of customer service I have received. The room was exceptionally clean and even though cleaning was only supposed to be every 3rd day, the first two mornings they clean the room and even laid all of our personal belongings very carefully and neatly. My son's stuffed animal was neatly placed on top of nicely folded sheets, he loved it. After that we made sure to put the door hanger on the door so they didn't need to clean for us. The room had a full size fridge and a nice freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cups and utensils. The bathroom was stocked with TP and facial tissues and plenty of towels. The only thing that kinda bummed me out was the bed was sagging badly on one side and it caused me to keep rolling into that divet when I slept. Also, the ice maker on floor 7 did not work, so the next floor that had an ice maker was floor 5. Breakfast was not the best, but considering it's included in the cost, I won't ding any stars for that. I did wish there was a pancake maker or waffle makers. The only hot breakfast items were pre-made breakfast sandwiches which were soggy on the bottom and hard on top and some microwave style omelettes that did not taste good. The cereal was fine and plentiful as well as there were yogurt and fruit options. There were also bagels, toast and muffins. Overall not a bad breakfast but nothing special. Honestly what makes this hotel special is the staff is so welcoming and friendly. The size of the room was great for 3 people, we were not cramped at all. It was a very nice stay at this hotel.

I got to pick the room I wanted in the app and I feel like I got the best room in the place! Loved it! the hotel was very clean, well maintained. Never had an issue at all. Housekeeping was fantastic! Came back and the room was immaculate. The hotel has plenty of parking and is conveniently located off the highway. I don't always love staying in super busy areas so even though we were going into Toronto or Vaughn each day, this was a great location and easy to commute from. I would absolutely stay again! Breakfast was fine. I love that it is provided but by the 4th day we wanted a fresh hot breakfast and went out. The precooked omelettes and stuff are okay but I mainly just had the cereal or bagel. Very thankful they have options though.

As others have stated the parking garage is small, but close nearby and have tight turns if you have a big truck. Costs are $15 CAD/night. There are 3 spots right by the front door for checkin, with signage for them. Don't believe there is any upgraded room layouts available, as the best available is on the 14th floor "pantry" room with a non blocked view of the Marilyn Monroe towers and Square One mall :-) In our room there don't appear to be any outlets in the bathroom oddly enough. All in all, not bad for the location and price with the right expectations.
