And chirali and her team were exactly that. From the very first FaceTime convo to go over our needs, wants and photography style we knew Chirali would be able to give us the photos we wanted. On the day itself Chirali and Gil took so many photos of every moment and helped our camera shy family come alive. We were able to capture all the moments we want to look back on in both posed and candid moments. Our first look and bride/groom shoot went so smoothly! Andre and his staff showed up early for the preparations shots that were at my House. He was really patient with all my craziness and BRIDEZILLA type on my wedding day. My family and friends really enjoyed his work help and their professionalism on my special day. As a non-profit community based program, our budgets are always very tight so we rarely can afford to have professional "marketing" materials made about our services, so we were thrilled when Joanes volunteered his skills and expertise. As a filmmaker and videographer, Joanes was very meticulous and professional. He took the time to really get to know our program and the space. On the day of filming, he spent the entire day with our program staff and participants, conducting interviews and capturing our classes in action. Afterwards, he must have spent hours editing the video himself and putting the final product together, and the care he took really shows in the final product! Horrible experience. From start to "finish", it was absolutely horrible. I hired ALEX and he sent a…read moreguy named Vlad, who I later found out had his own business- so basically he subcontracted the job to make a quick buck. Everything we spoke about was never done (voiceover interviews...etc). Vlad left most events early and was more focused on eating than getting family interviews or important moments (he never took any footage of our cake cutting from our reception.) Alex took all the money up front and then forgot it seemed that he still had to provide a service. I don't know how Alex is in business. I could write pages on how horrible it was dealing with him. He screamed at me when I went to go see him with my mother to discuss our footage. I was six months pregnant and had been extremely sick and trying to follow Alex's manical directions, at first he wanted all the edits done sent in an email, then he couldn't place said email, then he wouldn't follow the format of the email. It was beyond stressful. This man should never be in a service based industry, especially one in which people pay you to record their best day. FYI on top of that his editing quality is sub par, cheap, and tacky.

It was a crazy day so I figured the photographers would be there to help you. They could have done a better job communicating and suggesting different types of shots. The photographer only took 3 pictures of me aka the bride. 2 were from the waist up. The other one was me and half of my dress which the lighthing was not good. I thought the bride would get more photos alone. I got none of my whole dress and the back of my dress. At the reception she took nice pictures. We took the pictures outside on the roof top. They said we would come back up at night to take more. They never reminded us. Also, when we were taking pictures. I thought the photographer would ask if I had grandparents to take pictures with. I reminded myself to get a picture with my grandma. Thank god. I got one! Also, we took a picture with the rolls royce. They didn't even get a picture of us with the front view of the car. I downloaded an app just to cut people out of my pictures. Just get a shot of my whole dress alone lol The best things were the video and wedding album. The YouTube short clip was great. I recommended you just use them as your videographer not photographer.
