My issue was with the original scheduling. I called at around 7pm on Sunday night was assured that someone would be there within the hour. An hour later, I received a text that they were running late but we were next and they would be before 9. At 9 I received a phone call that they would not be there at all that night and it would be the next day. I had another company schedule already for the next day to do the work, but I had already canceled them, because you said you would be there that night. I found out after Steve arrived that the other company was considerably cheaper. I wish I had just kept the appointment I had. The work got done, and cost me more, but I feel a little bait and switch on your 24/7 promise. If you cant get people out when you say you can, then remove the 24/7 from your website.

The technician Jose and I'm assuming a new technician Luiz completed the evaluation and quoted me $699, which I was aware of the $99 fee if I didn't want the service done I advised Luiz that I wouldn't pay the $699 and I would just pay the $99 for the service evaluation and I would attempt to correct the issue myself or find someone else, I left for less that 15 minutes and they had completed the work and as I pull into my driveway Luiz handed me and invoice when I asked for an itemized one he refused. I called the office located in Irving on 10/14 and did not receive a call back from a supervisor as was indicated earlier in the day. Please do your research before you reach out to them at all. And please call another service provider if it's an absolute emergency. As I look at other review this company is literally taking people money for mediocre or small task that could be completed for less and a fraction of the price.

Matt was communicative, honest, and excellent at explaining the process and results. He also gave us a great deal on replacing our 10+ year-old water heater, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend Matthew's Plumbing and will absolutely call Matt again when we need plumbing work in the future!

Mathews Plumbing truly earned my five‑star rating on a significant project. Most importantly, they…read morereplaced my 13‑year‑old Kohler steam generator. During that work, they discovered that the original installer had not followed code and had made several mistakes that could have been costly--or even dangerous. Mathews Plumbing corrected all of the substandard work, including the associated wallboard and painting repairs required for the Kohler project, and successfully cleared a difficult city inspection. They also followed all the rules of our high rise condo association. They also installed new kitchen fixtures and a whole‑house water monitoring and automatic shutoff system, giving us peace of mind against potential plumbing leaks. The repairs tied to the steam generator involved wallboard, tile, and paint, and their team were true artists--matching the tile, textured wallboard, and paint flawlessly. Everyone on the team was professional, respectful, and very pleasant to work with. They took the time to educate me on the challenges involved, trained me on proper maintenance, and consistently cleaned up after their work. I have nothing but praise for Mathews Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing!…read more I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. Jayden rapidly assessed the three bathrooms, checking each drain of each shower and tub addressing our concerns one by one all the way out to the outside drain port. This is Quality Care, Service, and Customer Relations have set the bar high for all other Plumbing services who follow; we will be calling ABC Plumbing for future maintenance and those surprises homeowners dread. Value- lets talk VALUE. ABC Plumbing found no issues with our plumbing, we were concerned over a small obstruction in the line which cleared itself. Nothing was wrong, therefore no charge as the licensed plumber's estimate was FREE!! I've owned homes from Alaska, Oregon, Illinois, California, and Texas. We've had plumbing services out on several occasions in each of these states, no one, I mean no service has ever come out with the offer of a "free" estimate who actually checked for an actual problem, not finding one, its "no charge." From the other guys, I get the estimate and a high-pressure sales talk, caving to the high pressure sales, I get their bill regardless of an actual existing problem. RECAP 6 Reasons to call ABC Plumbing: 1. Called for service, a licensed plumber arrived in less than 3 hours. 2. Estimate is FREE. 3. Checked for an actual problem, none found, NO CHARGE. 4. Estimate is FREE, NO HIGH PRESSURE, NO PRESSURE. 5. Plumber is respectful of our home, wears shoe covers, does NOT leave a mess for us to clean up. Plumber was dressed professionally in the company uniform, and was clean. The plumber was professional, someone that my wife and I felt comfortable with our plumber in our home. 6. The name says it all. I was a bit disappointed at first. I…read morehad scheduled an appointment for an estimate, although, to be fair, I already had a good idea of what the work would cost. After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.
