Tuesday morning 9am I called to confirm, and sure enough I was on the schedule. Junior showed up a few hours later, it took him ten minutes to discover that the motor was dead, said he would order a new one, and that they would contact me when they received the part. Yes we washed many dishes for a few days, but Wednesday morning of the following week he was back with the new motor, installed it in about an hour, and we are back in business. Milosz has since not answered for how this happened or even bothered responding to messages. Good luck if you work with them bc clearly the design process is seriously lacking.
