One very good experience-- let me tell you. My Kitchenaide dishwasher quit one night, I had an extended warranty from when I purchased it 2 years ago at Home Depot. Called Home Depot's service number, went through a little troubleshooting, and they gave me a case number, said they would place a service order with Quality Repair. It was Columbus Day weekend, and we use a lot of dishes. Anyway I was nervous, reading many negative reviews on Yelp, so I called their answering service, left a message double-checking that service tech would come by on Tuesday. Tuesday morning 9am I called to confirm, and sure enough I was on the schedule. Junior showed up a few hours later, it took him ten minutes to discover that the motor was dead, said he would order a new one, and that they would contact me when they received the part. Yes we washed many dishes for a few days, but Wednesday morning of the following week he was back with the new motor, installed it in about an hour, and we are back in business. I would give a zero if I could. Horrible company, even worse customer service team. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, and scheduled me outside of my availability. In addition, they hung up on me twice while trying to file a complaint about how I was treated by their customer service team. They constantly interrupted me and would not let me even finish a sentence before cutting me off. The also accused me of interrupting them as they were interrupting me speaking. They would not listen to me when I tried to explain I had not finished speaking. The man I spoke yelled and said I already answered his question and would not let me continue speaking, even though I was not finished explaining what happened. All the one-star reviews are accurate. This place should be investigated for fraud. They stood us up for an appointment and never called. I had to track them down and reschedule. The repair guy showed up (with a teenage kid by his side). He looked at my temperature measurements of the fridge, said "oh, you did our work for us," said he'd call it in to the manufacturer's tech support and get back to me. I didn't hear from him. The manufacturer didn't hear from hem. I called technician support at the manufacturer--the tech guy said that the repair person should have inspected several components on the fridge. In fact, he hadn't even looked at the fridge. The repair guy did, however, give me some advice on temperature settings that defies basic physics, so maybe his company at least has a sense of humor. read more

My husband purchased a windowless AC from BJ's Wholesale Club and they offered an extended warranty to cover replacement or repair for it. He purchased the extended warranty and apparently this is the company BJ used to service the product. Initially someone from Quality Repair came out to look at the AC and he determined that it needed a part which he said they would order. That was over a month ago :-/ Two weeks after the initial appt. and not hearing anything from them, my husband contacted them only to be told that the part came in, however they realized that another part was needed along with it. Clearly, they didn't know that beforehand. Now it's late Aug. and practically fall and while both parts needed to repair the AC are in, we have yet to see the repair person come back to repair it. We have had numerous appts. scheduled where either my husband or myself have stayed home to wait and no one showed! We actually have an appt. scheduled for today between 8am & 12pm and it's after 10am now. I called the company this morning and the rude customer service rep., "Whitney" answered and said she would call me back when she got in touch with a tech. I spoke to her at 9am and an hour plus later, have not received a call back. I contacted BJ's Warranty Company because clearly they do not research the independent companies they choose to use to service products or they would not have chosen this one. I was able to Google this company's number and on every site they came up on, there was a bad review. All of the poor reviews below are the exact same experience I had (In NYC). They were sent to me through our appliance insurance (so I did not personally hire them). They do not show up for appointments. They only come when it is convenient for them, and if you are lucky and happen to be home, then good for you. I needed a repair on a washing machine that was under warranty. After calling another company I found on line whose repair person had a very bad attitude, I got this company's name from the manufacturer. They were courteous on the phone and made an appointment for a couple of days later which was fine with me. However, they called back and the repairman came in an hour. Great attitude and professional demeanor. They had to order the part from Germany and there was some mix up with the serial number which they made every effort to resolve. In a week they were back. Machine fixed perfectly and even adjusted a noise and vibration that the installer said had to be that way. Highly recommend. These bad reviews must be from competitors. read more

Look somewhere else for repair service. You'll have better luck stopping a stranger on the street and asking them if they wouldn't mind popping in to fix your appliance. They will not call you back as planned. The repairman will not show up when scheduled, no matter how many times you try to schedule it, no matter how many times you call to confirm. They'll lose your information, saying they have no record of it despite weeks of phone calls. Then they'll claim they did fix your appliance, when in fact nobody has ever come by. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. I was scheduled for a call between 2 and 5 and never called to say they were running late. I missed work and didn't get paid only for them to not show up until 7 after I called at 5 and left a message complaining and didn't even fix the problem.So now I need to miss work yet again for them to come and hopefully fix it. would give them no stars if i could. the repair guy that i met is nice and quick/efficient. and that is the only good thing i can say about my experience with these people. best buy sent me a "refurbished" haier AC that didn't work, and this is the company that fixes it under the warranty. i've been trying for LITERALLY A YEAR to get them to come and fix it. they came once, and the guy said my motor was broken and they just had to get the new part in and install it at a later date. they've had the part for 3 months and every week i try to schedule an appointment and either i get a no-show after waiting 13 hours, or i get 'oh no one actually scheduled you for this appointment lemme reschedule you", or some other excuse. I'm always nice on the phone, and they're always quick to sass me and rush me off the phone, and they have hung up on me EVERY TIME I'VE CALLED. and every single one of the receptionists tells me they're the manager and they'll take care of it. It's been my NIGHTMARE. IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE - know that in manhattan they start downtown and work their way up. I live on 56th and Tenth, and it's "impossible" for them to get here before two (even though that's the window of time they give you). The higher up you live, the later they'll get there. Just know that when you're working with them and you can avoid most of the remarkable amount of suckery they might throw at you. read more
