He came by our home and checked our computer and verified this computer could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Previously, I had been receiving messages from Microsoft stating that problem. As a teacher, I desperately needed to use my computer for virtual class meetings and creating assignments. Thanks to Joe, I didn't have to buy a new computer.
