How do I even begin to describe S2N, Kandyce and her team?!?! THEY ARE HEAVEN SENT! Our wedding and…read morereception was supposed to take place at the time the pandemic hit, so we had to postpone. Initially, I did not hire a coordinator, because I had a good group of friends and family who were going to execute my vision/plan. I bought everything I needed because I wasn't renting, and I had an idea. However, when I picked up the planning process 2 months prior to our wedding celebration this year, I realized I would need a coordinator. After an initial call w/Kandyce, I knew I wanted to go with S2N. Kandyce, Meghan, and Stephanie were was one of the best parts of our day! With my type-A personality, they executed my vision FLAWLESSLY. I had so many things I worried about, and come day of, they gave me peace of mind. Kandyce was so organized and made sure things ran smoothly, Meghan was so attentive to our needs, and Stephanie operated like a ninja that nothing was ever missing or ever not taken care of. I cannot say enough about them, except that I will be forever grateful. Everyone noticed how smooth and put together everything was and I couldn't and still don't stop singing their praises. They were the best choice I made, and I would do it all over again. They went above and beyond for me, and there is no amount of gratitude that will ever suffice how much I LOVE THEM! Thank you so much Kandyce, Meghan & Stephanie! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

She also communicated with my other vendors the week of the wedding to confirm everyone was ready, and created a specific timeline for the day that helped everyone stay on track. They were also a big help in cleaning up after the wedding and making sure the venue looked like it did when we arrived. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism!

Padua Hill's only required vendor is Entertainment Express because the venue was fitted with a sound system specifically for Entertainment, and the quality of the experience was one of the main reasons we ended up hosting our wedding at Padua. The team was so thoughtful and thorough during our planning process, helping us consider different options for lighting, timeline, and songs for the processional, first dance, etc. One of the key things we wanted to include during our wedding was having a song our friend wrote and recorded be a song that played during our cocktail hour as an Easter egg for our friend to experience. Getting to share that moment with him when he realized his song was playing was a highlight to our wedding Entertainment Express brought to life. The team was also really helpful in helping us transition through the different points of our wedding, and made the day feel super cohesive. While our experience was specific to Padua, there's no doubt EE wouldn't be able to make events at other venues feel just as special.

DISASTER4Events…read more Summary: Avoid Fun4Events & Tracy or risk disaster and disappointment for your next party. Tracy lacks all attention to detail/pride in her work, cannot effectively communicate leading to preventable issues and provides a bare minimum service for premium price while lacking professionalism. Event: Dec 2021 Holiday Party Services: Gourmet Donut Party, Cider and Inflatable Snow Globe Cost: $4,500+ Experience Details Planning/Communication: Tracy is great at communication before you've paid, but once you've paid - you're on your own and IN THE DARK. We reached out multiple times prior to our event and did not receive any return communication until two days before. On that call, Tracy was 0% proactive in providing party planning details/final checklist and basically unhelpful. One concern we had planning the event was making sure the donut fryer had enough power, but Tracy simply conveyed a dedicated outlet was all that was needed - INCORRECT. The fryer kept tripping the dedicated power source and Tracy did NOTHING to communicate how to resolve the situation except stand there unenthused. Fortunately, we had a neighbor on hand who suggested a 240V outlet was needed so we eventually found the right plug in the house. This was 20 mins of unnecessary panic if Tracy had helped plan better / had better experience. Tracy's team provides only BASIC services - she brings what is needed to run her equipment and that's it. No supporting party elements, including necessary elements for her equipment like tables, are provided. Expect no décor from Tracy and to provide everything yourself. If more holistic party planning support can be provided, Tracy is ineffective at communicating that although I would not trust any additional party support after our experience. Food: Simple and poorly displayed - NOT GOURMET. Donut "bar" provided was basic plain donuts from a fryer, delivered in a throw-away cheap white bag, basic paper towel roll and sole topping was powered sugar/cinnamon. The only decorative element were lit up "DONUT" letters. See attached photo - all holiday décor and was provided last minute by ourselves. Tracy failed to deliver contractual and paid for gourmet food elements: Glazes/drunken glazes, themed holiday condiments/toppings, bamboo plates/boats Disposable cups were plain and disposable just as promised - a simple holiday themed disposable cup would show pride in their work/attention to detail. Taste of donuts and cider were fine - nothing to write home about. Snow Globe: Team was unenthusiastic and required guest feedback on how to position camera so that you could tell it was a snow globe and not just a random backdrop. Snow props included 2 basic candy canes; again BARE MINIMUM. We had to run out to grab meaningful props before the event started. Photo quality is blurry and a waste. Our own iphone photos are significantly better and more clear. See example image attached. Team: For a holiday party, the team wore mostly all black, presented themselves as simply going through the motions and were not helpful nor proactive in a desire to create a fantastic experience for guests. When we asked Tracy about missing contractual elements, like drunken glazes, we were told by Tracy - and we quote - "I guess you'll just have to put me on Santa's naughty list" ...and she flipped us $20 cash. Her team also stole a power cord that we had to have reimbursed. The entire experience was a huge let down largely driven by Tracy's ineffective communication, lack of pride in her services/team and borderline curmudgeon/scrooge attitude. Tracy also demanded that the invoice be paid 100% in advance of the event. While we highly recommend using any other vendor, we IMPLORE you to only pay 50-75% upfront and keep the rest of your money as a retainer for delivery of quality of service that will likely not come if you choose Fun4Events.

What a HIT! Our guests raved for months about how the fresh hot donuts were the best they ever tasted! I couldn't agree more! Tracy and her staff were completely professional, friendly and accommodating throughout our party! The kids were so enamored by watching the process of dough becoming donuts and the "big" kids were too!
