Definitely bring your own tablecloths because everything gets dusty from being on a farm, of course. come early so you can clean up a little bit and organize it the way you'd like to have it for the party. There is a bathroom available, but it's a portopotty. Make sure to bring your own hand sanitizer for after petting animals or using the bathroom. There was plenty of space to set up a jumper, and we ordered a pretty big one. Brenay also had great connections to help us rent a jumper easily. This was a very fun party and I would recommend this location to others.

Irma made specialty mock tails to match party theme which were a huge hit with the guests. After meeting with her and I decided I would need someone to setup the day of the event. After speaking with her and going over her questionnaire and vendor list I realized there were aspects of the party I hadn't even thought of. Best thing I did was hire Irma! She goes above and beyond! She kept me from losing it, even when the week of the party the venue had to move us outside. She kept me in the loop while reassuring me. She made multiple visits to the venue to check the layout and make sure everything would work in the space. I was having a hard time finding a donut wall to rent, she built one. She found the chargers I needed, and brought the frame for the seating chart. She kept everything moving and took care of all the little hiccups of the day. Turned out beautiful! She supplied and provided an adorable photo booth that fit our theme, a bartender and all bar supplies, personalized chalk board signs, food tables and decor! I gave her full responsibility the day of the party to organize and create what we had envisioned, and without disappointment she was a success! She managed her time perfectly and did not hesitate to roll her sleeves up and get things done! Needless to say, our guests (and myself!) were super impressed and full of compliments all night long with the design, layout, decorations, and how well it all came together.
