WONDERFULL SERVICE!! The people at this location are GREAT! I wish I could give them more stars. I didn't think this level of service existed anymore but...The people really have their stuff together ! VERY HELPFUL, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAST SERVICE. The storage is clean and secure. The trucks are cleanest I've seen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My sister also needs storage and U-Haul truck so...we will be back next week. read more

Highly Recommend! In February 2020, we rented a pull-behind UHaul Trailer from Home Self-Storage. The Owner's at Home Self-Storage did not have a pull behind trailer at their facility. They ended up running down to Bangor, PA to pickup the pull behind trailer to meet our reservation needs. Apparently, most UHaul rental places charge or do not do this. Anyways, on the day of our move, we picked up the pull behind UHaul trailer from Home Self-Storage. The lady and gentleman in the office went above and beyond to help us out with our rental and make our moving experience much smoother than anticipated. An all around great place with the utmost best personnel. In the future, we would highly recommend Home Self Storage for all your UHaul needs. Thanks again for a great move! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER USE THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. The employees are beyond rude and don't have a care in the world. I had a 10am reservation with a total of $120 and because of someone else's error they tried to give us a different truck for double the price...because of their mistake. The man typed aimlessly for 40 minutes and did absolutely nothing to help, never apologizing once for this inconvenience. Man was incompetent to customers needs and has no clue how to run a business. Never use this place unless you want to deal with employees who have no clue how to do their job. read more

When I arrived early, multiple people were waiting outside a locked door and no one answered. Several others arrived for scheduled appointments; one person said he had been waiting about an hour, and another said she had driven about an hour one way. While there, I called the number listed outside (570-402-2929) and left a voicemail, but did not reach anyone at the time. The next day I received a return call explaining they had taken a snow day. I understand weather closures happen, but customers with scheduled appointments should be notified in advance or at minimum there should be a clear notice posted--especially when people are traveling for time-sensitive services. To their credit, they offered to squeeze me in on December 24 and I was able to complete the fingerprinting. However, the overall process and in-person interaction still felt disorganized and unprofessional.

We were provided with a price, a time to bring the car in, and the expected date of its return (5 business days in total). We dropped the car the night prior to the appointment in their lockbox. It looked brand new again. I could not stop smiling!!! In a nutshell, this is an incredibly professional operation. They were good to their word (actually better since the car was done early), their work was flawless and on top of all that, the owners were very pleasant to work with.
