We've just had a call from Dave and a colleague to track down a leak through our bathroom window. I…read morecould not be more impressed. They were into the job in minutes pulling out a number of tiles. Dave knew exactly what he was doing though and the problem was identified as leadwork round the soil pipe. As the soil pipe was not connected to anything, they removed it and the lead, put in a section of lathe to replace a rotting area and fetched in a new tile to fill the gap. We watched in wonder and were able to see photos of the problem area on photos from his mobile phone. Fast, efiicient and a good price. Look no further for your roofer.

The work started a few weeks later and the boys turned up bang on 8.30am and were pretty much on the roof by 8.35am working hard. He comes across as a polite, attentive tradesman to win your trust & then suggests bigger jobs he can do for you. He quoted, & later charged us to replace our old felt flat roof with a GRP fiberglass one including new OS boards & disposal of materials, & what he actually did was just paint a gel coat on top of our old felt roof. No fiberglass anywhere & old roof still there! He took photos of the job as he went along as I wasn't there & staged my flat roof with new OS boards to make it look like he was in the middle of the job. Once photographed he took the boards up again. The material he put on my roof cost approximately £90 (and over time will eat into the felt & destroy it) & he charged me nearly £3,000 for a job he never did! I've reported him to the police & trading standards & am in the process of taking him to court. Be warned!

Wayne the surveyor arrived in time ( to the minute) and was absolutely fantastic. I showed him the areas of ceil where water stains have appeared due to roof leaks. Wayne inspected the roof and then explained the problems he'd found and showed me photos he'd taken and gave me a very detailed report and options for the necessary repairs. after giving the go ahead a lovely girl from their office phoned me to arrange a date for the works. The roof guys were quick very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Five stars all the way big thanks to Wayne, so helpful and honest a credit to the company

We needed some work done on our roof and saw them work on a nearby house and liked what we saw…read more After phoning them, a man came to the house and climbed up to check out the suspected trouble spots. One area we though we had problems with was fine and he explained why and showed me that work in that area was unnecessary (which impressed me since an unscrupulous person would have added this to the work just to get more money). He checked the main area, outlined what needed to be done, and we received a quote within 24 hours. The scaffolders set up the scaffolding a week in advance and everything was ready for the men when they came to do the work. All they asked for was 2 buckets of water and a socket to plug in an extension cord and they were finised in a few hours. They explained what was done and totally cleaned up any areas that got dirty both front and back of the house. I would be very happy to recommend their work to anyone who needs roofing done. They specialise in older buildings and have been doing work on various listed buildings in the Bristol area. And, they do commercial as well as residential sites.
