Marcus came out to take a look, suggested some cleanup and breaker replacements, and did the job within a day. I have seriously not had a single breaker trip since then, which is amazing since before I was having to trek out there a couple times a day. Marcus pointed out places where the previous installation was failing us, and what he was doing to bulletproof it. Marcus also installed a Jackery 5000 and Smart Transfer Switch setup for us. We had a cold night with small kids in the house and they showed zero urgency fixing a problem they caused. Their quote was also the highest I got. I don't blame the salesman for the mistake, but the company doesn't stand behind their work at all. I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
