It was my first and last time using their service. They sent only one person and the floors weren't cleaned well and there was still dust behind everything on the dressers and mirrors and on the floors and by the base boards and none of the corners were cleaned and the toilets weren't cleaned even though bathrooms were part of the areas that was stated as part of their service on their website and none of the the trashes were emptied even though it was stated as part of their cleaning service. Great service! My friend referred them to me and I was glad she did. They were able to take the stains out of my carpet and now it looks brand new. I then scheduled an appointment to have 2 mattresses cleaned and they cleaned them no problem. I have allergies so this definitely made sense for me. They showed me the before and after bacteria count test and now I have the peace of mind knowing the dust mites and other bacteria are gone for the season. Extremely happy with the job Ian did at my home. I've hired a few cleaners in the past, but this was certainly the best experience. I requested quote through yelp and received a very fast reply about available services. The response was perhaps a smidgen too "salesman-like", but I personally appreciated how upfront they are about their services and pricing. After going over what I needed done, I was offered an hourly rate or a flat rate. I decided to go with the flat rate, since previous other cleaners have treated an hourly rate as more "time served" instead of "job done." Ian arrived exactly when he said he would, was very clear and courteous about everything he would do, and got right to it. The place looks amazing! The cleaner arrived on time. He cleaned the especially dirty areas thoroughly such that all of the spots disappeared. He also removed the abundance of dog hair in my carpet. I liked how he treated me and my house. I would suggest the cleaners vacuum against all walls and around all furniture ends. The dog hair remained in corners and against my walls. Edit: Changing my review AGAIN because I wanted to inform others that after almost a year of having three different cleaners I've been told they have no one that is not allergic to cats. While using them I've had a rug bleached(which a replacement was offered) and a piece of plastic flushed down my toilet that needed to be cleared with a snake tool(where the owner said sorry, i will talk to the maid) with no comment from the cleaner when they did it. I end up assigned a new cleaner every couple of months which is ok, but odd. Overall these cleaners have done a good job, which isI leave a decent rating, but overall it has been disappointing. read more

I used them for a deep move-in cleaning and mattress cleaning. They were able to remove all the calcium deposits from the shower doors and also made our oven stove top look brand new. Our mattress got a little dirty in transit from the move and they were able to remove the stains and bacteria from it as well. It was more than I could do myself in the time needed and didn't relish cleaning the blinds! Emily showed up and we walked through the job. She said it could be done in about five hours including the carpet cleaning. That was just what I needed. About halfway through the job Brandon and Ian showed up with the carpet cleaner then jumped in to assist Emily. I will note that a week later, our property manager walked the unit with some prospective buyers and noticed that the floors were sticky so I did have to go back and try to clean them. Brandon did a great job on his first visit. He did a thorough walkthrough and gave us a fair quote. He then cleaned our house and did a fantastic job. Basically, he was doing his normal cleaning PLUS removing all the gunk left behind by our previous cleaning company. They have a polished website and you can pay through the site, which removes some of the sketchiness that other cleaning companies have. All in all, very happy with the service. A two man crew had my home cleaned too to bottom in 3 hours and it never looked better. They were friendly, professional and walked me through their work prior to leaving.
