He put a sign in our yard after the job was completed and the sign reads, Efficient and Affordable. I couldn't agree more. We called several people to come and do an estimate before we decided on if we could afford a new roof. Some of the contractors did not return our call, or did not show up when they said they would. We had another estimate that was $20,000 more than the Pedersen estimate. Unbelievably outrageous! That person spent three hours here trying to convince us we why should pay that much. Shawn had a great warranty. He was very straightforward. He came here and simply gave an estimate; he was not pushy at all. He was great to deal with, his workers were very polite, and generally cleaned up. Shawn came here personally at the end and he made sure all the screws from our original roof were cleaned around the yard with a magnet. We had an issue with our previous roof leaking in an area and we've had one rain since it was completed and no leaks! I would definitely recommend considering him if you were looking at getting some estimates because he shows up when he says he will. And then, I wouldn't be surprised if you end up choosing him after (if) you hear from everyone else.

He was very involved when entering into the contract and drove an hour to my office to sign the contract. The work was suppose to be complete by September 20, 2026. He never did the work. I could not reach him by phone to talk to him after multiple attempts. He texted me that he was on vacation and to deal with his son, Carlos. I called Carlos and met him at their physical location a few weeks ago. Carlos promised me the work was going to be done. I kept asking Carlos to schedule the work because it had to be completed by September 20, 2026. Carlos said his father, Alex was out of the country and he was in charge. Carlos would not schedule the job and did not order the material. Today I texted and called him multiple times. I texted and called Alex multiple times asking why the job was not started. I have demanded a full refund of my $24,000 deposit and they refuse to give it back. Carlos texted me the following today: Good morning Danny. Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday. I was out of the office. I understand your frustration and the urgency with getting this scheduled. I spoke with Alex, and the company has made the decision to cease operations and pursue bankruptcy. At this point I have been instructed not to issue any payments or refunds while the company works through this process. I also don't want to give you a start date or make any promises regarding your refund that I don't have the authority to make.
