They serve up: personable and entertaining chefs who truly know their craft; delicious food and beverages, top-quality cooking equipment; and a discount on all of your favorite cooking equipment the day of the class. The Honeycomb Kitchen Class offerings are engaging and make the cooking fun and educational. Great for a date night, girls' night out, or interactive experience with friends and family visiting from out of town. They also will customize a class that can be used for corporate team building or even a wedding shower. WARNING - Honeycomb Public Classes…read more The Warning The Honeycomb Public Classes have 6 tables which each accommodate 4 participants, for a total of 24 people. However, for the July 22nd class "Cooking with Beer" they sold 25 tickets to this event. This meant one of the tables had 5 participants instead of the standard 4. When you purchase tickets to the Public Cooking Classes, don't assume because you have purchased 4 tickets you will have a table dedicated to your group. Honeycomb may sit an extra participant at your table. Our Experience Upon check in our group of 4 was directed to Table 5. On our way over to the table we noticed there was already someone seated at the table, which normally only seats 4 participants. Upon asking the young lady at the check in desk why there are 5 people at the table she said: "Well sometimes that happens when we have more than 24 participants". I told her we purchased 4 tickets to ensure we would have a dedicated table for our group. Since that did not work, I asked the young lady, how we could ensure we had a dedicated table for future classes. Her response: "Oh, you might try putting that request in the comments section when you purchase your tickets". We received no advanced warning that this was going to happen. There was not much we could do at that point, so we continued on with the cooking class. Early in the class one of the Honeycomb owners announced we had special guests attending the class. The special guests were two of her employees from the Honeycomb retail side of the business. This left me wondering why the extra person was not at the special guests table instead of ours... It should be noted that with the exception of 1 extra bratwurst, our table with 5 participants had exactly the same quantity of ingredients as the other tables. This left our table splitting the food 5 ways instead of 4, but at the same price. Conclusion Honeycomb overbooked the class, and transferred their mistake on my group, and we paid for it. Final Score Honeycomb makes an extra $75.00 for the night at the cost of a single bratwurst. Disappointing...

Margaret found our air fryer and accessories. The team was very courteous and thoughtful. They loaded everything in the car because of my disabilities. Margaret found me a chair and moved the chair around so I could see what my wife wanted to purchase. Thank you for memorial shopping experience. Best wishes from Michael and Susan Small

I went to Williams Sonoma in Rogers, AR the night of 8-15-25. Ultimately, I found the Halloween section on my own. As a disclaimer, all of my kitchen items are from WS and I purchase their entire Halloween line every year. While I was shopping, one of the workers came over and said they closed. I asked what time they close, he said at 8. I said what time is it? He responded 8. I looked at my watch and it was 7:55. He stood there until our group left the store. And then he, and the other "workers" laughed as we left the store....? I was planning on purchasing multiple Halloween items for my house, as I do every year. However, after this experience, I won't be shopping here anymore and will strongly encourage others to do the same.

We learned about ProSource through one of their designers and began working with her on a kitchen…read moreredesign. We enjoyed the process of picking out the items we wanted during our consultation and felt good about placing the orders with them. However, we are extremely unimpressed by the follow-up and communication after our order was placed. The designer we were working with told us timeline/delivery dates so we could coordinate with our contractor. After this discussion the designer "left" and we were NOT notified. We found this out after we began calling to confirm delivery dates--which were a month later than we were initially told. Then, we had to pay phone tag for a week to determine what orders had been payed/fulfilled because nobody in the office seemed to know and I had three different invoices from the first designer. I wish that someone had communicated the change in staff so that we had a unified point of contact to answer the unresolved questions instead of being bounced around by employees. The cabinets were delivered a full month after we were initially promised by the first designer and ProSource did not include any diagrams for cabinet layout and configuration so we had to reach out and ask for it when they were finally delivered. The tile was delayed two months past what we were initially promised. After delay we were offered replacement tile from their "limited in-stock selection" that did not look anything like what we originally selected. We did turn them down and offer to wait it out. Coordinating the tile delivered was difficult and frustrating. My husband ended up wasting a half day of personal time off this morning because the warehouse coordinator promised delivery in the morning for the delayed tile--when my husband called them at 10 after no delivery, he was told they had put a out of town delivery ahead of us but would "head our way in 30 minutes". I got a call from the warehouse at 11:48 letting me know they were 20 out. In summary: The cabinets, hardware, and tile are high quality and beautiful. If you have unlimited time and patience for poor customer communication, the end result looks great.
