When we started, we discovered a massive lint build in their systems. When I asked to increase my original bid accordingly, they refused and threatened me with legal action if I pulled my crew off the job. Prior to starting the job, the AOAO had decided to offset the initial expense of my work by pre-invoicing the owners. They couldn't go back without losing face. Andrea, we always did top-notch service for your clients. When you decided to cut my line, you not only hurt me and my business, but you also took a valued vendor option away from the owners.
